Maid kept has been absolutely a great business to work with! Their customer service, responsiveness and flexibility with scheduling are match to none. Their cleaners are professional and do a great job in addressing all the requirements.

Pros - Maid Kept accommodated my last-minute cleaning (the day of). The ladies they sent over were professional and did a wonderful job cleaning my house.

Cons - Unfortunately, the pricing structure wasn't transparent. I was quoted one price before the cleaning....and then called after the cleaning and told I needed to pay almost $200 more based on the # of cleaners they sent over and the time.

I understand things happen and companies make mistakes when creating proposals, but I was never called to discuss if the extra cleaners and $200 were okay with me until after the service was done, and I had no choice but to pay.

Had I known it was an extra $200, the price would have no longer been competitive, and I would have gone with someone else.

Maid Kept has been an absolute lifesaver! It has taken me a lot of trial and error to find a cleaning company that is this professional, responsive, and that cleans my home with care. Janeen and her team go above and beyond to do an excellent job. She is very professional and friendly. The cleanings are always thorough with great attention to detail. My home has never looked better. The owner, LaLa, has been incredibly helpful with assisting with helping me select the best services based on my individualized needs. I have never felt like I am being oversold anything that I didn't need. I would recommend Maid Kept to anyone looking for housekeeping services.

Janeen did an amazing job in an impressive time! I recommend her! She is also a very nice person that cares about her customers.

We hired Maid Kept while we were in a crunch for time. They accommodated our schedule and sent us Janeen who did a tremendous job in a shorter period of time than anticipated which saved us money. We will certainly use their services again.

2 years later and I decided to use Maid Kept again for a deep clean for my new residence. i now use their service biweekly. The communication is excellent. I cannot stress enough how thorough the cleanings are. I continue to be impressed very other week when I come home. My cleaner goes above and beyond, even for a standard cleaning. I highly recommend this service, whether if it is a one time cleaning or reoccurring. Their prices are more than reasonable and they offer discounts for monthly, biweekly, and weekly service. Try out Maid Kept, you will not regret it.

I found this amazing cleaning service from an online directory. I booked my cleaning with two days notice. The day before my scheduled cleaning, I received a call from Maid Kept to confirm details and they asked any other details they may have needed. The cleaning took place while I was at work. Upon arriving home, my home was spotless and smelled amazing.

The owner is adamant about making sure everything is done in the way it’s supposed to be done. From start to finish everything is done professionally and with the care and concern that comes from seeing things and doing things as if though it was their own home or establishment.

Ashlee is the best. She is a fantastic communicator and has a high attention to detail when cleaning my house.

Sonja was my cleaner. She was great. She arrives on time, and got right to work. She was extremely knowledgeable about the cleaning services that I requested and she made me feel comfortable. I am very grateful for the wonderful service that Maid Kept provided me today in an emergent situation. I had unexpected renovation/construction mess that was beyond normal home improvement expectations. Shaquille did an amazing job on the inside of my home, and she was so kind. Demetria and Dre worked on my garage, which the contractor had left covered in a layer of dust/dirt/silt, and they had it glistening in less than two hours! I am thankful for Shaquille, Demetria, and Dre and look forward to having them return for future cleanings. The Operations Manager Lala checked on the process every step of the way to make sure that I was satisfied. I highly recommend Maid Kept.

Maid Kept gives horrible service! We contracted them for a one day housecleaning. They changed the contractural agreement without our consent, and took money from our bank account that was unauthorized and not part of our agreement. The cleaner broke a valuable item while cleaning and the company refused to reimburse us for damages. The administrative staff is rude, deceitful, and dishonest. Don’t ever use this company!

I’ve been using MaidKept for a while now. Janeen is amazing! She always does and great job & takes feedback very well. Lala, the owner, is a blessing 😊 The team is always so nice, communicative and accommodating to my busy schedule.

Everything was easy and simple, especially with the online chat and online booking. They left my rental property move-in ready. I will definetely re-book and highly recommend.

Maid Kept was able to handle my same day request. They were. They have excellent customer service and was a pleasure to work. Carlos and his team cleaned my 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home in 3 hours. They did an excellent job. My house was spotless. I will definitely use again and request Carlos.
