The 2 workers worked quickly and as thoroughly as possible, given my space is so small (studio apartment). Only I could have done a more beautiful job, being the clean freak that I am.

RefreshCo was everything and more. Yusef and his team are extremely professional and offer a variety of services to fit anyones needs. I will definitely be using them moving forward for all home, office, and air bnb cleaning.

I sent RefreshCoATL a job to clean my house. I only wanted the standard clean and they replied to my request and informed me that they do not offer standard cleaning services. They said that only deep cleaning services were offered and the price that was quoted was THREE TIMES more than what was originally quoted on Thumbtack without them seeing the property. I live in a small townhome so the price being inflated 3 times is not necessary. Due to this extreme inflation in the price, I felt scammed and like the company was trying to take advantage of me and other patrons that utilize their services. I decided not to go with their services and chose a different provider. I rated the company based on my interactions with RefreshCoATL via the phone. I was contacted immediately by one of the reps from the business and was asked to remove my review because "I didn't spend any money with them". Since then, I have received 4 phone calls from various representatives and it's almost to the point of harassment. I have reached out to Thumbtack to file a formal complaint because not only are the business practices unprofessional, they are also misleading and certainly in violation of Thumbtacks Use of Service policies. I really appreciate refreshco's professionalism and promptness. They are thorough- I am a neat freak and the staff comes weekly 😜 I notice the little touches like arranging the facial tissue with a flourish or folding the toilet tissue like a hotel. They do a thorough cleaning of baseboards and windows along with the normal vacuuming and dusting. Refreshco is a must!

Needed 3 large rugs cleaned. They came to my house to pick them up and returned them super clean 2 days later. Great service for a great price.

The service was good easy to book company showed up time did a good job cleaning. If I only had one concern which is a small one. That the service was outsourced to another company. I was not aware and a bit surprised. However they did a good job.
