I contacted RefreshCo on a Sunday morning after the previous cleaning company refused to do the job. They scheduled in the afternoon, on a SUNDAY! They showed up on time as they promised. Their crew have done a fantastic job in a few short hours to clean up the disastrous mess in my townhouse. All food delivery boxes with leftover stuff piled up in every room and in the refrigerator, filthy bathrooms. It was a mission-impossible task. But they pulled it off like a magic! My townhouse was spotless! I feel that It's not just a clean house they delivered. They also delivered love, care and humanity. I was deeply touched! I thank Lord for sending them to me! God bless them for their hard work and honesty throughout the entire process!

They also are very accommodating with last minute cleanings when need be and go out of their way to make recommendations on how to improve our vacation rental from an efficiency standpoint. I recently used RefreshCo for a relative, a deep cleaning was done. They were very thorough and detailed in making sure the homeowner was pleased. In addition to the basic cleaning, they cleaned baseboards, stove, kitchen backsplash, removed stains from floor and also cleaned the ceiling fans. They exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be using them again.

Used RefreshCo a few days ago and they did a phenomenal job at my midtown Atlanta studio. I run a construction business and we’ve been super busy so their easy booking option was a major plus. I went on there put my info in and booked as easy as that. The cleaners were thorough and quick my place was spotless. I recommend you go with them

I was so disappointed with my experience with this company. Although they were very polite in our interactions, they had to send a cleaner back twice just to actually complete the clean of the agreed-upon items, many of which were simply untouched. I've included photos of surfaces in my home after paying for a "deep clean," some of which were taken after the cleaner returned a second time to "fix" the problem. I had scheduled the clean to have the house ready for a realtor to take photos, and had to reschedule that appointment to allow time for them to return. Even though they were aware of this, nothing was done to make the situation right, except to send back the same cleaner. They refused my request to send a different cleaner (who predictably did not successfully complete the clean even the second time), and offered nothing in the way of price reduction for the inconvenience. Really disappointing service. Maybe you'll have better luck, but I definitely would not rely on them if you need it done right the first time.

Called got a appointment. They came out did the work and made my wife happy with the work and professionalism. I was happy with the value of the work. Great job.

This is a condo of 245 units. Over 300 people. The carpets were a mess !!!
Im noe exaggerating, the carpet looks as food as new. . I don't know if new carpet would lokk any better . Heavens best is magic. Tom said before they started " the proof is in the pudding" . I hadn't heard that in many years and for a man to have that confidence in his product , i said lets do it. . Im very happy with heavens best ! Will continue to use them in the future !

Excellent customer service and awesome work. The rugs, couch and chairs came out as brand new and the carpets too. We cleaned the rental we were leaving and I think this helped us get our deposit back. Thanks!

I called them and they were able to get to my place within a few days. Myles, who did the job, communicated with me throughout the process from when they were arriving to the stains that would not come out all the way. I was traveling and they did everything by phone, text and email! It was easy to do business with them.

I've used them for my rental property for years, I've used several companies ,paid lots of money,this is the only place that has my rugs looking ,smelling brand new each time with very reliable prices . They use several machines ,then they use this tool to scrub it ! Every stain is lifted . My tenets have had red drink stains , all kinds of stains .I was going to replace it due to getting it cleaned by other companies and the stains or remnants of stains not going away ,I called this company and was shocked of how new it looked !! The prices were less than the other companies also so I always give a good tip . They really are the best in Atlanta !!!
