I researched getting a large 10x12 gorgeous antique rug cleaned and appraised. I was blessed to find Tom and overwhelmed with incredible service!

I wanted the rug to be cleaned after 20+ years in my home and appraised. It had been “on loan” to me from my sister in Connecticut. Time to return the rug home.

I called Tom and he was cordial, professional and responsive. He came to my home, priced the assignment and definitely made me feel that he had his client’s interest as first priority.
I expected he would clean and appraise and return the rug to me. My next step was to then figure out how to ship the rug to Ct. Never expected Tom would be so kind to volunteer to pack up the cleaned and appraised rug, take it to UPS and safely ship to Ct for me! What would have been a huge effort on my part became a non issue. He was wonderful! The rug arrived. Beautifully packaged and “home” to my Sister!

Have used Heaven's best for last couple years and they have done a outstanding job and their service is excellent. The owner Tom makes sure at the end of your service that you are totally satisfied and we have not seen that from other services or owners. In addition to our carpets they have cleaned out hardwood floors and did a great job. We have them done every quarter. it really makes a difference on how they look. My wife and i highly recommend Heaven's Best.

I reached out and immediately got an answer. We scheduled a cleaning the next day and the communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. My sofa is cream so it’s hard to keep clean. After having this sofa for 2 years now, it looks brand new.

Tom and his team over at Heaven's Best are phenomenal; not only are they prompt and friendly, the quality is unmatched. I used Heaven's Best after my dog got sick and made accidents on the carpet. I was sure there was no hope and the carpet would be ruined forever, but the Heaven's Best team worked their magic and the carpet looks good as new! 10/10 recommend them to everyone; I'll be using them again for my next carpet cleaning/upholstery needs!

I must leave a review for this company! My bathroom flooded about a month ago, and I googled carpet cleaners in the area at around 4:00 a.m. as I couldn’t sleep because of the smell that my wet carpet was giving throughout my house. Heaven’s Best was the ONLY company that was near me that had 5 stars, so I put a message in and went to sleep. The owner, Tom, called me at 8:18 a.m. later that morning. He had gotten my message, and we talked about what needed to be done. There would be an assessment, and then they could go from there. His workers came out later that morning, Myles and BJ, and it was told to me that my carpet needed to be dry in order for them to clean my carpet. Well, that was a bummer, but Myles did offer to put some disinfectant down to help ward off the possibility of mold setting in and to kill anything that shouldn’t be growing. Needless to say, Myles did come back at a later date to clean the carpet, and did a fantastic job. I was expecting to pay almost an arm to have my two rooms of carpet cleaned, but I did not. The carpet cleaning was very economical, and I’m grateful to have had them at my service. I will be using them again in the future! Very professional were the men that came out, and it’s only fitting that I add to the great reviews that others have left. Thanks Tom for answering my message right away and thank you Myles for your care and concern as it pertained to my carpet. (:

Heaven’s Best did a superb job with cleaning our area rugs. Not only was the service great, Tom was professional, responsive, and timely. He was able to come out pretty quickly with short notice and ended up charging less than he originally quoted on the phone. They will forever be our go to company for this service!

I've been a happy customer of Heaven's Best for the past 4 years. Their team is always professional, courteous and do an EXCELLENT job. I have teens who have left stains I thought could never be cleaned...But everytime the Heaven's Best team leaves me with a clean, fresh carpet. I highly recommend them!

I had a custom-made, velvet love seat and lounge chaise that needed to be professionally cleaned. I was very skeptical to have anyone touch them as they are nice pieces, and I didn’t want them to be ruined. After shopping around, I decided to give Heaven’s Best a try. Tom answered my call right away and was very responsive and quick throughout the entirety of this process. I was scheduled on a weekend and Myles and Evan came out to clean my pieces. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job and left them looking like new. They also cleaned up very well after themselves (which is rare with any technician). However, once both pieces dried, they became stiff and changed in texture. I was very upset at first assuming they had been ruined. I gave Tom a call back and he answered right away. He offered a solution as well as a date to reschedule based on my availability. Wilfredo and Zack came back to brush them out to return them to their initial texture. They constantly asked me to check on the progress to see if it was up to my standards. Velvet is such a delicate fabric to work with and they took their time to make sure it was done right. They look good as new! Highly recommend and will be using again!!!

This company was awesome to work with! They did a fantastic job for a very fair price. The crew was prompt, timely in their work, and patient while we were all home. Their crew wore masks to keep our family safe. Tom was also a wonderful reassurance of the quality of their work! The last time we had our carpets cleaned, we used ZeroRez. We will be sticking with Heaven's Best from now on!

Great job! We moved into a new house and had the carpets cleaned of all the previous owner pet hair and odor. It was like new! They also stretched our carpet. There was a lift wrinkle right in the middle of our master bedroom and they completely flattened it out. Tom is professional, kind and offers good advice for maintaining the carpet. I am very happy with the service and I’ve used them twice now.

Heaven's Best cleaned 2 of our couches and 2 area rugs. The crew was professional, fast and did a great job getting the dirt off our couches from where our dog rubs up against them. Our area rugs also came out great, and I found Heaven's Best to be less expensive than their competitors!

We had our large sectional cleaned and I'm extremely happy with the results. The previous owners had dogs and I was looking to have all the dog hair removed and stains removed and have a deep cleaning done. My expectations were met with a professional crew that was diligent and efficient. The sectional looks brand new and they used safe non toxic /good smelling products. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. Tom Edmonds owner had 2 Technicians come out and did the job. Will & Isaac came exactly on time very professional, hard working and detail orientated. My husband and I will definitely be a regular customer for other future services. I will give recommendations to friends and family if they ever need carpet or upholstery cleaning. Thank you Tom, Will & Issac!!

This is the third time I've used Heaven's Best Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. Each time they do an excellent job in cleaning my carpet. They even did some carpet stretching and the carpet looks great. They show up on time and I feel that I'm getting a superior job for the money they are charging. And I can walk on the carpet within 2 hours - it's completely dry.

I cannot say enough good things about the team. We had several 25+ year lazy boy recliners and a 25 year old living room set that we had the Heaven's Best team do an upholstery cleaning. The furniture has been through a lot between dogs and raising kids during this time frame. We have tried to do upholstery cleaning in the past, but never had results like this. The furniture honestly looks brand new again. I was scheduled within 3 days of calling (the week before Christmas). Working with Heaven's Best was so easy, they are definitely my go-to for future! Highly recommend!

Myles came out to my place to clean a rug that has been abused by my rescue dog and a new pup. They did a wonderful job. They were kind and pleasant. I was able to get a next day appointment and my whole house looks newer with just a little love to the rugs and couch. He was very knowledgeable and broke down everything he was doing and kept me updated on when to expect everything to be dry. I’m just absolutely thrilled by the whole experience. I was recommended to this awesome company in the owner time by one of the most influential real estate agents in the Atlanta marketplace. We had a typical tenant move out with nothing too extreme but yet the house is a little dated and the carpets in all honesty probably needed to be replaced, but to my surprise, the outcome of how the cleaning turned out makes me feel like these carpets could last an additional five years. We also paid attention to re-grouting and re-caulking of the bathrooms in the house and the results are fantastic. Both these rooms really stand out and shine and as my new tenant Aunt moved in she commented just how she feels. She’s living in a more upscale house than what she anticipated. The whole crew was excellent with communication they were on time. They did a thorough job and I really just cannot recommend them enough.
