Jason and Alex did a great job on my residential cleaning! I haven’t had much luck with cleaning services lately, but these guys were thorough, even vacuumed my couch and made roses out of my toilet paper!! It was the best cleaning my house had in a while.. I’d highly recommend icon cleaning.

Alex & his team are great! Second time using them. First time for a move out clean which he left spotless even after a mess the painters left. DO NOT GO TO The worst carpet cleaning I ever seen then they change the price when they got her I ask if they had a true carpet machine come to find out they have a regular carpet cleaner I want to tell him no but I have a family gathering coming up an didn’t have time to go to some one else I’m so upset the way my carpet look it’s stink now an looks worse then what it’s did because it still dirty an smell like wet dog smh never again

I am the son and future owner of this family owned business started by my wonderful amazing father for over well over 30 years. Anything he says he will do for you, he will do it effectively, and efficiently. If you ask him to do something he will do it as long as it’s not something that will affect the work that he/we are doing for you. If you have any problems, questions, or concerns about the work done he has no problems answering your questions very honestly. He is a very blind, and direct person that will not in any way try to do you wrong or mistreat you in any way. Treat us with respect and we will show you the same and in some cases even more respect. I hope to be like, and even better than my dad not only at cleaning carpets for you wonder family members, not customers because with us you are not just “customers” you are our family,. You are our family because you are allowing us in your house, entrusting us to clean you carpet, upholstery, rugs, tile, drapes/curtains, etc, but you are also entrusting us with your hard earned money that you worked so hard to gain and keep. Choosing us to clean your carpet is not only the correct decision if you want your carpet cleaned right, the way you want it done the first time or we will come back out to you to appease your needs for free, we rarely have to come back out, because of any reason, in fact of the 10 years that I have been working with my dad, I only remember 1 time when we had to go back to a family members house we did, and that reason was because I had forgotten a certain solution at our house, to get out a very tough stain. He taught me a lesson by docking some of my pay. I like money, because I enjoy having nice things just as I believe you do. Let’s just say I have never left something important for the job since, and at this very moment right now I am in the hospital at Augusta University Health Center, battling the after effects of the COVID-19 virus that I contracted 3-6 weeks ago based on the blood work done by the doctors. Absolutely waste of money! I totally regret paying for a membership. It is not just study some content and take a test, it's mostly promoting there services, write commentary supporting their business members then pay for a certification. Really a horrible experience!

Very nasty and rude! I'm in the hospital due to Sickle Cell and needed a cleaning company so I could come home to a clean house. This unprofessional mom and pop company got upset like a child bc my brother n law, who just had a stroke was asleep and did not hear them knocking. They were only outside for 3 minutes,and I know the time length because I have cameras around my house. The owner called me cursing and saying how he waits for no one. My sister said for the walk through he smelled like alcohol and was dizzy. This man and his wife are very unprofessional. After I apologized for the inconvenience the owner said he would come back later. When I called that night his wife hung up in my face and said I need to find another cleaning company!!! I really think they are scammers,DO NOT USE THEM!!!! This is why I don't like using some black owned services!! I'm so happy that I went with 3 Kings Cleaning service, they're on time and professional!!!
