With less than a 24 hour notice, Atlanta Maids showed up on time and went beyond the call of duty for me! Excellent!

I found Atlanta Maids through a google search and hired them to do a deep clean of my house. The team that they sent did a fantastic job! They were very thorough and paid a lot of attention to detail. It feels great to have my home be so nice and clean! I am very happy with the results and will be using Atlanta Maids on a regular basis.

I scheduled a deep clean and an oven cleaning with Atlanta Maids for my condo and I'll definitely be using them again. The maid arrived on time and was very friendly. She cleaned my home very well and I was happy with the results.

I hired this service to do a deep clean on my mom’s house. I booked it two days before and they had availability. It was easy to reserve online and I got a confirmation call. They did a great job with the deep clean and fridge clean out as well. She was pleasantly surprised when she returned home. I will suggest that she use them again.

I’ve been looking for a cleaning service because I just can’t get my home clean enough especially with the pet hair from my dog. This was my first experience with Atlanta Maids and they were incredible! Very communicative before the appointment and even offered to come earlier the day of the cleaning. They were punctual, kind, and were done in less than two hours. I have never seen my place so clean. Not only was it spotless but they also went the extra mile. My blankets were folded, counter organized, ceiling fan blades were clean, and no pet hair in sight. I will definitely be booking with them again! Shout out to Alessandra’s team!

We had an amazing experience with Atlanta Maids! This was our first time and booking was super easy. The cleaning team was prompt and super thorough. We booked the deep cleaning which was such a good deal and our home has never been cleaner. We wil definitely be booking again.

We had a deep clean after a renovation and their service was spot on …or should I say spot free?!? They got rid of all the construction dust that accumulated on walls, vent covers, woodwork and cabinets. Our main level is clean and sparkling.

Beyond happy with my service from Atlanta Maids! I’m recovering from a back injury & unable to do many tasks on my own. But the team was friendly, thorough, quick, and very detail-oriented. My experience with Atlanta Maids far exceeded any expectations I had. When I first called them, they were quick to pick up the phone and helped me schedule an appointment. The whole process was super easy. When something happened and my movers I had scheduled the day before fell through, my maid Thayna Cordoso, quickly pivoted and still did the best she could despite there still being boxes in my apartment. SHE WAS AMAZING!!! She was super kind and understanding, and oh my goodness, I have never seen that apartment so clean. My experience was incredible, and Atlanta Maids has earned themself a loyal customer. Thayna was amazing!

I hired Atlanta Maids to clean my apartment after I moved out. They were on time and very professional. My apartment was sparkling clean! I could not have been happier with my experience. I would highly recommend Atlanta Maids.

I started with a deep cleaning and continued with monthly service. While the initial cleaning was good, over time there were repeated last-minute cancellations, long gaps without service, and poor communication.After being a regular client for almost a year, my future bookings were canceled without clear communication.
I wouldn’t recommend this company for ongoing monthly service.

I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews, but this one is necessary. I just resigned my apartment lease, so I thought it would be nice to have a refresh. I have never paid for a professional cleaning like this, so I was excited for it. I paid for, and had to eventually be refunded, for a deep cleaning. This includes, according to their website, all their typical cleaning plus things like baseboards, ceiling fans, doorframes, decorative pieces, etc. None of what is considered “deep cleaning” was done. It was so poorly done the countertops weren’t even done, which is the most obvious thing of course. The pictures are after the first time they supposedly “deep cleaned” my place. Clearly, they did not. They sent a second person who improved the situation but still left some things undone. After I complained, management literally said “they can’t reach your fans so they’ll try their best.” If you are going to advertise fan cleaning, maybe have the tools to do it? Also, my ceilings are a very normal height. I’m giving it a two star instead of a one star due to them handling my money correctly, but this was some of the most unacceptable services I have ever paid for from any business. I’m not going to leave the names of the people who came because I don’t want to call them out personally, but this is a warning to make sure you double/triple check they do what they say they are supposed to do.

I had a comfortable time getting my house cleaned the way I wanted. I wanted a deep clean for the areas in my house that I could not manage to clean and upkeep. This consisted of The kitchen, master bathroom and a half bathroom. For $190 I got a great smelling clean disinfected kitchen and bathrooms. They helped me see what I can improve on in cleaning and they were very respectful of how it looked coming in. I’m so grateful for because it was my first time having help cleaning. Cindy's crew are amazing. They are timely, thorough and conscientious. They come with a smile and leave with a smile. That take their jobs very seriously and you will never feel that they are trying to skip it early to end the day quickly. I am very impressed.

We’ve started a monthly reoccurring service and just finished with the deep clean. The team did wonderful!! They were on time, efficient, cleaned and tided up so so well and were respectful of our pets! We are extremely satisfied and look forward to keeping this going
