I was in a hurry, trying to find someone who does in home cleanings. So I jumped on Google! I called one company, and they told me they don’t do partial cleanings!!! Moving on, I came across a nice young lady named Lesly. She was able to do exactly what i needed and at such short notice. I truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Extremely Disappointed with Happy Life Cleaning Pros

I hired Happy Life Cleaning Pros with clear expectations set ahead of time. We agreed they would clean the blinds, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, do the dishes, mop and sweep (including under and behind the couch), fold laundry, and clean one full bathroom plus a half bath.

Unfortunately, almost none of that was done properly.

They barely touched the blinds, the baseboards were hardly cleaned, and they completely skipped behind the couch. The sweeping and mopping were done poorly and looked rushed. They didn’t finish the laundry and only folded a small portion of the clothes. The only area they cleaned well was the bathroom, which seemed to take up most of their time.

When I followed up, they said they’d come back the next Monday to fold the rest of the laundry. I let them know I had guests coming, and they gave me a specific time. But Monday came and went , no call, no show. When I reached out again, they told me there was nothing they could do about it.

This was completely unprofessional. If you're looking for reliable, thorough cleaning and good customer service, I would not recommend Happy Life Cleaning Pros.

Great experience using Lesly and her team for an end-of-tenancy cleaning. They added a bunch of extras on for me that I really appreciated. Great communication as well. Lesly kept me updated throughout the service.
