This company is unprofessional and dishonest. I hired them for a deep cleaning service on January 23. I was told the cleaning would begin around 11:00 am. The crew did not show up until 1:49 pm! They did not call me or answer my email to let me know they had delays. I called today to speak with Amanda and she told me that it was my fault that my house was not cleaned and that I was charged $50 for a lockout fee. When I tried to get an understanding from her about them not calling or answering my email, she was dismissive and uncaring. She told me that company was closing and that she basically did not care about my concerns. I am horrified that I was treated this way. This company claims to be so professional and well reviewed, but it is not. They are uncaring, unprofessional, and I urge all to never use them. I will be alerting the BBB of their actions.

EcoCleaners left my home in Southwest Atlanta less than an hour ago, after promising a "deep cleaning" for $299. The price quoted was supposed to include the basement, but that changed once they arrived. I said okay and told them to clean the top two floors and began to clean my own basement. They arrived almost 2 hours late, and at almost the 4-hour mark, I was told that to continue cleaning, the cost would be $100 per hour. The wood floors on the main level were not swept or mopped, my bed was not made, the guest bathroom was not touched, and none of the furniture on the main level of my house was dusted. Amanda told me that on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being pristine, my house was a 4. Well, if it were any higher than that, why would I need a deep cleaning?! They cleaned upstairs (maybe 1200 feet...3 bedrooms and 1 bath), the master bathroom, and the stove. That is it! I paid her $300 and told them to forget it. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and disappointing.

They are amazing! My husband and I aren't the tidiest people, and they are so great about working around our clutter. We had a spot on the stove that I thought was going to be there forever because we burned a bit of the vegetable plastic bag. But we came home and the stove was spotless!! They have been so flexible and are very reliable. Good communication!

The cleaning was just Ok. I told the cleaners that it was good as they left. The owner and another person cleaned. I had the air ducts cleaned the day before and my husband who had a stem cell transplant was coming home in the late afternoon. I felt they were rushing to the next job. Came at 9:00am and left at 12:30. The owner left out and did not say goodbye. Cobwebs were noted by the owner in the living room as she was leaving and she removed and the glass top tables were noted by me as not cleaned but she did willing clean. Noted dust on master bedroom ceiling fan after they left and master chest in master bedroom was dusty. I dusted these again as husband was coming home. It was not deep cleaning just routine cleaning. I am not sure will use again.

They were so professional and did an amazing job. I loved that there were no harsh chemical "cleaning" smells when I arrived home.

And, Amanda and Neil are genuinely nice, caring people running a local family business. I highly recommend!

The absolute best cleaning service I have ever used. I use Eco Cleaners for my personal house cleaning and for my AirBNB service. They are prompt, thorough, and have great attention to detail. They clean my home like they would their own. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have had Atlanta Eco Cleaners clean my home for over 6 months now. They do an excellent job and I love the high end natural products they use. Amanda is very easy to work with when I need to reschedule and their staff are very friendly.

By far the best detailing company I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Justin was very responsive, courteous, and professional and said he was booked all week so I'd have to wait for the following week for my appointment. Luckily, he had a no show so he set my cleaning for the next day. The crew arrived on time, and did a fantastic job both inside and out, in under an hour. I will most certainly be dealing exclusively with them from now on for all cleaning services.

I scheduled moving in/out cleaning with Atlanta Eco Cleaners. It was the first time I had a maid service, and based on the results I probably will never have one again. I can do a better job myself. First, Amanda Howe told me that a cleaning service for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo will take around 2-3 hours. They were out in less than 1.5 hours. Second, cleaning inside the kitchen cabinets is listed as an included service on their website. In addition, I specifically asked the lady to clean the kitchen cabinets. After they left, cabinets were as dirty as they were before the cleaning. I ended up cleaning them myself. Closets were not touched at all. Definitely not worth $200.
I was charged a relatively large amount of money for very unsatisfactory service.
I will not be using Atlanta Eco Cleaners again. They are very unprofessional.

Atlanta Eco Cleaners did a wonderful job cleaning our condo. There were several marks on the hardwoods and floorboards, and they were completely gone after the cleaning! All of the rooms and carpets looked and smelled great. Plus, they were extremely accommodating of my need for fast service. I will be using them again and would definitely recommend them for cleaning service!

Very professional and easy to schedule appointments. I was able to do everything via email which is a major plus for me. I called Eco-Cleaners to schedule a cleaning because my loft had gotten very very dusty and needed a solid cleaning. When I came home it was spotless, no visible dust left which was impressive. Every room was cleaned, the bathrooms looked great and it smelled great. I also love that they use green cleaners. The best cleaning service I have used in the ATL area, and I tried out quite a few before coming across them.

I googled black owned cleaning companies, and Atlanta Eco Cleaners was one of the first listings to pop up for Atlanta. My point of contact was Bobby, who I believe is the business owner. Bobby was super responsive, and even was able to coordinate a better cleaning date to accommodate our tight schedule for closing on our home. Cleaners did a fantastic job, and I wasn't required to be there for service. They use eco-friendly products, which is also a plus! Also pricing was super reasonable compared to other cleaning services out there! Definitely recommend, 5 out of 5 stars!

Atlanta Eco Cleaners did a great job! I used them for a deep clean in our 2,500 sq foot house, which is home to two adults, one child, and two dogs - so no small feat. The house looked great, felt clean, and didn't have the awful manufactured chemical smell that often comes with cleaning. I'll definitely be using them again. Can't wait to get them on a regular schedule so I can enjoy a clean and dog-hair-free house on a more regular basis!
