I don’t usually write reviews unless they are good but this was the WORST value for your money. The cleaners are paid $50 per hour per cleaner so they move very slow to soak up time. After 3.5 hours the cleaner left and I was still left with an obvious mess. I texted the business line and was told another cleaner would come tomorrow because the 1st cleaners vacuum must have been broken and that’s why the house wasn’t clean. Absurd.
The second cleaner came the next day and left everything all over the bathroom. I then texted the main business line again and get this…no response. They simply just charged my card over the amount they were supposed to, unauthorized and before I as the customer was satisfied. I am highly disappointed as a first time customer and being ghosted after being inconvenienced is just bad business. i recommend saving your money and using a different company if you prefer a clean home after a house cleaning.

Amazon cleaners is the best! Not only do they charge a very fair rate, but they do the most thorough cleaning job of any company I have hired in the past, and that’s why we have stayed with them for so many years. It’s the little touches that our regular crew does that always make it so wonderful to come back on Tuesdays to our clean home. In a household with two kids with lots of toys and things everywhere, when I come home, it’s like the kids aren’t in the main spaces and their bedrooms are perfectly picked up. The way they always organise the stuffed animals and fold the toilet paper nicely always makes my day.

The cleaners arrived on time and got to work. They were professional and very thorough. Both I and my roommate were shocked at how this cleaning transformed our house. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone.

They arrived on time and were friendly. This was a move-in clean and the apartment wasn’t very dirty. For $230+ (with tip and coffee), I expected better attention to detail. Several areas were missed, including stains in the tub, sink, fridge, cabinets not cleaned smelled of vitamins, and grease on the oven back panel and inside the rack. Some items were retouched after I pointed them out, but other areas were noticed after they left. Disappointed given the strong reviews.

Amazon was amazing, fast, and excellent in quality. They arrived perfectly within their time frame and finished quickly but the job done was outstanding. They definitely went above and beyond for a one time cleaning service and I will definitely be calling them back in a few months.
