I had my first deep cleaning with Amazon cleaning today. They were so friendly, paid great attention to detail and did exactly what was expected. I look forward to using them again for my biweekly service!

We had a deep cleaning done as we are having a lot of guest from out of state coming to visit, and we were extremely satisfied with the service we received. The company called us about 30 minutes before the cleaners arrived to let us know to expect them within the next 30 minutes. The cleaners very thoroughly cleaned all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the dining room, living room, and kitchen as well as the hallways connecting the rooms. We hired cleaners through a different company last year and we were blown away by the service we received from Amazon Cleaning compared to the other company we used prior. The cleaners also used some minor but very appreciated detail, such as tidying my video game controllers/games to look more presentable. Again, we are highly satisfied with the service we received and I would absolutely use this company's services again! Thank you so much to the cleaners!

Beyond pleased with my cleaning ladies!! My home looks fabulous, they got all the hard to clean places this 7 month pregnant lady just can't reach. There were also little surprises, like organizing the stuffed animals on my toddlers bed, making bows with the toilet paper and organizing my little caddy by the toilet, and putting all his shoes in one spot (he has a lot of shoes for a 2.5 year old).

I am very excited to start my monthly cleaning with Amazon Cleaning company and plan to continue to use them even after I am not pregnant and able to reach all the hard places.

I hired Amazon cleaning services on 01/09/2026. They did a descent job after correcting a few things that I saw when double checking behind them. I then emailed to schedule a follow up cleaning on a consistent basis and was told I have to call and speak with a sales manager, although I had already received pricing via email. I made time out of my busy day to call and I was told I can schedule, but the times would be anytime in between 10am-3pm but I wouldnt know when they would be at my house until the day of. I'm very busy and work A LOT. Who can wait around for 5 hours without knowing a definite time? This is a terrible policy and I found another company within 5 minutes to give me an exact day and time.

This was my first time having someone clean my house and OMG I am IN LOVE! Ana and Eliso did a phenomenal job! I had originally requested their service because we recently had a friend staying with us who had a dog whose Hair shredded everywhere. Ana and Eliso managed to remove the dog hair from my floors, both hardwood and laminate As well as areas where we have carpet. In addition, they also cleaned our couches and windowsills, Dusted and cleaned our bathrooms. Needless to say, my house not only looked, but also smelt amazing after they left, and it was a huge stress relief. I am leaving this review about a week after they did their services and still feel the same as I did when they left. I would highly recommend them!

The work they did was amazing. The two ladies that showed up were super sweet and did an excellent job. My house was spotless by the time they left. I would highly recommend this company. I like them so much that I am hiring them for the foreseeable future to clean on a regular basis. They were also really easy to work with.

Wow! I used Amazon cleaning to do a move out clean after a family member moved out of a furnished apartment. They were prompt (arrived at 8 on the dot if not a little earlier) and did an amazing job. The team on site was thorough and the staff at HQ was great at proactively communicating any issues or updates. I was floored at how good the oven and fridge looked after they were done. Worth every single dollar and I’ll be using them for my own home as well.

***Update for January 2025*** I am a repeat customer of Amazon Cleaning and I absolutely love my housekeeping team! Long story short, I have a small dog who loves to think he runs the house. Well, truth be told, he is spoiled rotten (my fault) and sometimes it can be difficult to remove his "essense" but it is no issue for my Amazon housekeeping team. They are so thorough, detailed and professional. Every time I come back from having my home serviced, I am in awe at the detail. My home is back to smelling fresh, clean and sparkling. Almost like a magazine cover. Affordable for my budget and always exceeding my expectations. And the designs on the toilet paper like I'm at a fancy designer 5-star hotel win me over ever time. Now that's artistry!
