I cannot say enough great things about Grelda of Garcia’s Cleaning Service! We were new to the area and needed to find someone quickly to get settled. All of her references had wonderful things to say about her and they were all accurate! She’s thorough, prompt, trustworthy, flexible and does an all around great job cleaning. After passing of my 92 mother, discovered the home was left in chaos. The ladies from Elite rolled up their sleeves, overlooked the scene and restore dignity and grace back to my parent’s home. They did it with professionalism and dedication. You can not hire a better team than Elite!

Overall experience horrible. Someone called the day before and asked to arrive early, so schedule was changed to accommodate, but they came an hour late. The rep I spoke with said that it would take 5-6 hours to clean, but only took 3 1/2, so maybe a thorough cleaning was not done.

Us some type of wipes to clean my wood tables and banisters and created a white film. Dusted around items (have some pics), and not sure what was used on my wood floors but they were cloudy also. Had to ask several times to get certain areas that were in plan site, including vacuuming an area that clearly had lint and other tracked things on it. Came in street clothes, which in my opinion was unprofessional.

The worse part though, was the customer service. I called to complain about how the house did not smell clean, no bleach or cleaning products could even be detected/smelled. The customer service person was extremely condescending, would not give me his name, and after asking for a manager at least 10 times, he smartly said I am the manager. After going back and forth with the representative, he asked if i wanted them to come back out and clean. I said i guess thats a start but i dont want the same people coming back. He tells me that the only way their company is coming back is if they send the same people back so they could learn what they did wrong. Huh? I make a reference to sending food back at a restaurant and not wanting the same cook that we complained about to cook our food and the "manager" says, well im glad you made that reference because that same cook would cook your food again. Huh? Asked to speak to my wife because he heard her in the background; what kind of manager does that instead of resolving the issue? Wife took the phone and he did give her his name. Eventually the owner, I assume, called me back and gave me an explanation about some of the cleaning issues, the misunderstanding of services and attempted to rectify the situation. He was very pleasant and refunded me just under half of what we paid, however, the house needed much additional cleaning, including remopping my whole house, wiping down the wood with furniture polish to reclaim some semblance of the normal shine and our 2 wood tables. But I digress, and take a chance.

The Eliteness Cleaning team was excellent and on time. Very professional. They were very quick and efficient. Monica seemed a little upset that they couldn’t quite get everything she wanted done done due to the excessive amount of pet hair, but my house hasn’t been this clean over 5 years. We are completely satisfied.❤️❤️

The service lady was kind, however, for the amount paid, I feel I did not get my money’s worth. Quality products were not used. My understanding of cleaning, is something that is automatically recognized by the smell of freshness. I saw several cleaning bottles of high quality but I do not believe there were any substance in the bottles if so, the bottles were heavily diluted with water which Diminished the product and the all so fresh aroma. There was no scent of cleaning with those products in which I am aware of the scent because I use those products myself. However, I did recognize one cleaner by the bottle and the yellow coloration, that was more than likely used for everything. That product can be found at any dollar tree or even most grocery stores for a $1. For the price that I paid, that is unacceptable. The Only occurrence that there was a fresh/cleaning smell is when the service lady used my product. There were also steps that were not done. I took a loss on this one. I will not use this service again.
