I am very pleased with their work. I believe they go above and beyond with the cleaning service. I believe their rate is fair and again they do an excellent job everytime they come by. So lucky to have found these ladies. Oh and I have a dog that sheds all day. She gets that hair out!

Elia and her team are wonderful! When they did the initial deep cleaning, they were so dedicated to doing the job well they stayed all day. The house was much cleaner than the day we moved in! The Moxie Maids was great. I am a real estate agent and they cleaned my property in time my showing. They did a great job! Friendly staff, easy to book online.

It’s a nice service to use if you’ve gotten too busy to do your daily/weekly clean but if you’ve never used them, I don’t know if this is your best choice. The “deep clean” wasn’t a deep clean and I don’t think what I got matches the amount I paid. Plus, I think I caught my cleaning ladies on a bad day because one of them wasn’t very nice. The customer service wasn’t the best either in my opinion, they seemed to get really defensive and combative when I spoke to them but I wasn’t in a bad mood so it threw me off.

We love Moxie Maids and Jennifer does an awesome and through job! Scheduling is easy and they are excellent at communicating about schedule changes. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with our the cleaning service that Moxie Maids provided. They came on a holiday (Memorial Day) and worked hard, doing a fantastic job and left our home in super clean condition.

I was so grateful for the Moxie Maids work in making my home clean before I brought my newborn home. I kept finding things that they had cleaned throughout the week and being so surprised that “they even cleaned this!” Will definitely use them again.

I booked a recurring cleaning service. I was told that because my house was bigger than what I wanted cleaned that they were going to have to book my appointment for 8 hours, and upped the cost by 50% of what was qouted on website. I tried to explain that I only wanted certain rooms cleaned and not the whole house and was told that all the rooms would be bigger in a bigger house. They would not even offer to come evaluate and give a price based on what needed to be cleaned. I will be looking for other services.

Team did a great job deep cleaning my dirty apartment, only exceptions were stains in carpet and marks on walls such as from our dog’s toys. While feels pricey seems to be standard cost for this service in this area! Did a great job with floors, kitchen, limestone in toilets, and everything else! Thank you!

This is the second time I’ve used them for a deep clean and will be scheduling monthly cleans. The service is impeccable and they always leave my home spotless. 10/10 Would recommend!
