I recently used JZ Landscape & Construction for retaining wall replacement and was very satisfied with the excellent planning and execution. Jorge and his team were professional, punctual, and friendly. I highly recommend JZ and will use their services again in the future.

Jorge and his team do excellent work, and they do it very quickly - we gave them a huge job that involved completely rebuilding our backyard, including new concrete for stairs and patios, excavation and restoration of a creek, laying down weed guard and gravel across the entire yard, improving the drainage system on both sides of the house, and even tree removal. The photos don't do it justice; we've used what was once a completely unusable backyard for many occasions and the maintainability is everything we hoped for. If you live in this area, this is the company to hire!

We brought a MEGA project to Jorge & his team, and they delivered BEAUTIFULLY! The pictures don’t do it justice, especially now that the sod has grown in. I highly recommend him for your next project. He will go above & beyond to ensure your project goes well, no matter what crazy surprises arise along the way. And he takes great pride in his work, even coming back to our house & watering our new sod for hours until 11PM when we had a plumbing hiccup and couldn’t turn on the irrigation right away. Here’s an overview of our project to give a sense of just how capable Jorge’s company is: Our backyard wasn’t functional. We had major drainage issues, resulting in constant mud, water pooling at our foundation, awful erosion, and an inability for any grass to grow. Jorge assessed our yard and devised an entire multi-stage solution in a matter of days. Our project included ripping up & regrading the entire yard, grinding down multiple tree stumps, building out two dry creek beds (one with two built-in catch basins connecting to a new buried french drain that runs the span of our giant yard), decommissioning a surprise septic tank (yup!!), water proofing the side of our foundation/house, trenching & burying 3 down spouts to french drains that run to the yard’s back corner, designing & installing a STUNNING wooden deck, installing an entire irrigation system (including the system panel in our garage), installing a beautiful stepping-stone walkway, repairing our yard fence, building a brand new entry fence & two-door gate, and laying down sod & mulch throughout. Those are just the highlights! Trust Jorge with your home and he will exceed your expectations.

This Pike Nursery has the most helpful staff. Although I haven't bought any landscape or planting supplies in quantity yet, only plants and accessories for gifts etc. Never a problem getting assistance or advice. This location is smaller than suburban locations but the selection they have is generally good quality.

Do you love plants? We'll you'll love it here. I always go in and see what new plants they have, usually getting a plant or two to add to my collection. On top of the amazing variety, the costumer service here is unbeatable! Everyone love plants as much as I do (or at least they're pretending to). Overall, great variety and super friendly employees.

First of all, I'm a huge Pike fan. I'm a Play In The Dirt member, and I hit my 600 points frequently. Also, I've worked in customer service and understand fully taking care of a customer. That being said, the last few times we've been to this location, we were asked so frequently if we needed help and our conversations interrupted to the point we couldn't discuss our buying options that we just left and spent our money at another location.

I purchased 2 rose bushes last year 1/2 off sale. Beware some of their roses has the "Rose Rosette Disease"
I returned dead diseased bushes only to get 1 replacement for $50 because they were not on sale.That Bush looked unhealthily I was told I could only return once ,if that one died I couldn't return it. That was the reason I purchased from them because of their policy and the only reason I would pay that much for a rosebush.I will not shop with them again

This Pike appears to be a bit smaller than others I've recently visited. Friendly service from folks helping with plants all the way down to the cash registers.

Covid-19 has been rough in a general sense. But they do a good job of making the buying experience awesome.

The planter selection is also pretty good. I liked these planters more than two other locations I visited.

The size of the store did impact the selection of plants,.but really only noticed in the indoor plants.

Great variety of house and outdoor plants. Always top self quality. Been using Pikes for my gardening and indoor plants for over 20 years. Best in town! You wont be disappointed. Staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help! Good job guys!

I absolutely love this Pike Nurseries location! Not only do they have amazing prices, but they have such a large selection of plants AND pots. Timothy was an amazing help and has soooo much knowledge over houseplants and gave me a bunch of new tips for my monstera. Danny and everyone else on the staff has amazing attitudes and all are so friendly. I strongly recommend this location.

I have found my new store for gift giving for all occasions!!

I called Pikes Nurseries from Chicago to order a couple birthday gifts for relatives in Atlanta.

Well, my goodness, I couldn't have been treated any better by anyone! Their staff was very friendly and directed me to one of their employees, a gentleman named Miles.

Miles was so friendly, understanding, patient, and creative & artistic!! After quite a large amount of time he spent with me on the phone, Miles helped create the dish gardens you see as birthday gifts to my relatives.

Ordering gifts online or on the phone, especially from a long distance, can be very difficult and trying! However, not this time! I couldn’t be happier and I couldn’t be more appreciative of the kindness, assistance, professionalism, and beautiful work!!

Bernice has a very nasty attitude. I don’t understand why she works upfront with customers with such a nasty demeanor. This is my second visit and each time has been very unpleasant.

With fewer independent garden centers available, Pike has become our go-to place where we know we'll always find beautiful plants that are well cared-for and knowledgeable associates available to answer questions.

I came from out of town and my host recommended this place to get the “flagship” experience with Pike Nurseries. I’m not sure if this is the biggest or best one, but it is certainly big and has an amazing array of just about anything one needs for gardening. Not only that, but everyone who works there is extremely friendly and never pushy. Some things that stand out to me are their seeds. They have a whole wall of seeds, and they are kept indoors away from sunlight and moisture. Their fertilizers and chemicals are in an impressive selection. I always like that I find new kinds of orchids each time I go in. Their selection of bulbs in the fall is really nice. I got several kinds of unique daffodils that bloomed beautifully in my garden.

Owner is amazing, gave me design advice that other professionals charge hundreds of dollars for. She told me exactly what , where, how to plant it. I had previously hired and paid a designer , walked in with a general idea of what I needed, and the owner just totally changed my mind and made it way better. And she wasn’t trying to upsell or anything, in fact discouraged me from more expensive options. Very happy with my experience

I went to Pike Nurseries this morning, it was still relatively early, maybe 9:45 or so and there was not very many customers. I was not only greeted, but I was asked by a handful of employees if I needed any help with anything. I work at a garden center and (especially in May) things can get hectic pretty quickly. It sounds like Pike is definitely trying to work on helping every customer they can, and I appreciated that! Their houseplant selection was not the best I have seen, but the store was well organized and their soils/fertilizers were very reasonably priced. The small container selection was not very extensive and the prices were a little higher than I think they should be. The large container selection was much better. Their orchid selection was the best that I have seen and the prices were extremely reasonable. I would urge all gardeners (novice or experienced!) to try out this shop and not be afraid to ask for help if needed!

I have been coming to pikes for a long time now and I just wanted to take the time to write them a great review. I literally go to pikes at least once a month (sometimes more) 😂 They always have such an awesome selection of plants and the plants are all extremely healthy. I feel like everything is fairly priced! The staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Wayne has actually helped me a few times now and really helped to educate me on how to be a better plant mom hahaha! Thanks so much for all the great experiences and plants!!!! :)

Long time customer. Bought 5k worth of landscaping on last 10 months. Had an expired coupon by 10 days and would not honor. Kinda bad form I get it. It’s expired but still. Won’t buy those damn Xmas trees anymore.
