I recently visited the store with only a vague idea of what I needed. I don’t have much knowledge about plants, but I was looking for a few larger ones to place at the front entrance of the business I work for. Fortunately, I received immediate assistance from a team member named Season. She was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my (many) questions.

Together, we explored several options until she helped me select a couple of Dwarf Alberta Spruces that turned out to be exactly what we needed. Season provided exceptional service throughout the entire experience. My boss was so pleased with the plants that I’ll be returning in a few days to purchase a few more.

Larry was AMAZING i felt like we were getting a white glove service. He gave us such great advice on how to properly care for our plants and took the time to help us pick out the right plants for our project. We will absolutely be back and use Pike for all our landscaping and gardening needs thanks to Larry’s excellent customer service and genuine passion/care for plants!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Pikes Nursery to replace some Cypress Trees that were planted too close to my house. I cannot say enough great things about the professionalism and expertise of Josh, who handled the entire process from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took great care to ensure that the trees were replanted in the perfect location for optimal growth and health.

First time visiting a Pike's nursery. They had a very nice selection of plants and they looked healthy. Prices were decent, some plants were a little on the higher side but they did have a few uncommon plants.

I ended up purchasing a hanging basket of scindapsus exotica $25. I had this plant previously but it died, so I was glad to replace it with a larger version for a decent price. Unfortunately, the soil was so saturated and didn't contain much perlite. When I got home I noticed some fungus gnats so I had the repot it vs giving it time to acclimate in my home. Luckily the roots were still healthy. I don't have fungus gnats currently with my other plants, so that soil had to go. It's doing ok currently but must've had some pests bc some of the newer leaves are coming out damaged/disfigured. I treated it with insecticidal soap, so hopefully I won't have any further issues.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. We came in and were immediately greeted warmly by an employee. We were inquiring about grass seeds and thought the employee who initially helped us was not too knowledgeable about grass, she was able to quickly find someone who was. Allison was incredible and took her time to thoroughly explain and educate us on how to get the best results for our lawn. She generously shared her wealth of knowledge with us and we left feeling extremely confident about our project ahead. Parking and location were both convenient. Great service! Thank you again.

Pike Nurseries is a beautiful place. You can get overwhelmed with all the choices. But the sales people ask if you need any help or if you have questions. They are eager to help. And they are very knowledgeable.

We attended a free class about shade plants. It was very informative.

I cannot say enough good things about how kind, attentive, helpful and courteous every person at this store is. It’s the first nice day of spring and the store is very busy. Despite the crowds, every person from the store to registers and parking lot to bulk pickup was exceptionally welcoming. 11/10, can’t wait to come back!

- he took his time answering all our questions and even went above and beyond with extra guidance. I didn't catch the cashier's name, but she was just as friendly and welcoming. The whole visit felt easy and pleasant thanks to both of them. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great customer service and people who truly care about what they do.

Navid of Lightscape Makeover knew exactly what our yard needed. Even before seeing it at night! Each light was perfectly placed and we have no over glow at all. All wires are extremely hidden and you wouldn't even know they are hard wired. He was extremely easy to work with and responsive at all hours of the day and night. He also came back to adjust lights as many time as I needed!

Having bought an older home with a feral landscape, I had no idea how big of an impact landscape lighting would make. It’s one of the best investments I’ve made in my renovations! I purchased a new home in Midtown that had terraced front gardens and a fenced urban-sized backyard. Upon moving into the house I brought in a landscaper to design the garden plantings and rear patio area, complete with lighting. After living with the landscaping for two years, I decided to redesign the patio and rear garden area with the intention of moving from a very conventional feel to a more interesting, cozy, and exotic feel. I used Outdoor Makeover for this project with exceptional, but it was the lighting additions from Lighting Makeover that brought magic to the space. Their choices of which architectural features on the house to highlight and plants to be featured along with the overall creative use of varying lights was spot on. The garden areas of my house went from being acceptable to being an asset to the property.

Lightscape Makeover did a fabulous design and an absolutely wonderful job with top quality material installing in our front yard and building. The result exceeded very far from our expectations. We never imaged how beautiful our home and Garden would look at night when the lights turn on. We would definitely request their service for the future projects or recommend this professional team to others. Not only the job was “Excellent” but the owners look like talented and charming family members at our house for a couple of days.

We paid in full for a job and they never finished.
