The Outdoor Makeover and Living Space team truly transformed our backyard - it feels like home now. From Jonathan’s deep understanding of our backyard issues and his ability to translate those issues to a precise design plan to Daulton’s project management and coordination to Oscar’s execution of the plan to Amber’s help with navigating payment processes… the team ran an efficient and tight system. Communication was regular and they were always available to discuss anything about the project. Our family now has a backyard that we can be proud of and build new memories. They even finished on my birthday - I couldn't have asked for a better team. This was well worth the investment!

I wanna thank Outdoor Makeover and Chuck our project manager for our unbelievable transformation of the front and backyard since moving in 12 years ago we’ve been envisioning what we have right now. we enjoyed picking out the slate stone the rock for the retaining wall all the details he worked with us on design along with Chris. See before and after pictures. We used to have a mud pit in our backyard. Now we have underground drainage and our her Shih Tzu ‘s love the artificial turf my highly recommend Chuck and his team to do your renovation !!!

We engaged Outdoor Makeover to conduct a complete overhaul of our yard. We had a tremendous experience working with Will, Charles, and Yovani who addressed drainage issues for our front walkway, install irrigation, sod, a stone paver patio, and various plants and shrubs to improve the look of our yard. The crew was professional, punctual, and communicative. They worked with us on a detailed design plan that addressed all of our wants and needs and were able to get the entire job completed in quick fashion once they got started. Overall we had a great experience and definitely recommend - we love our space now!

This is the second time we’ve worked with Outdoor Makeover, and once again they exceeded our expectations. Our first project was a complete transformation of our back patio from an old deck into a covered patio with an outdoor kitchen. William and the team at OM did so well on that project we went straight to them for our second phase. We had a vision for our backyard that included a dry creek bed, new stairs, and updated landscaping—and they absolutely brought it to life. Jonathan, our designer, was incredibly thoughtful and collaborative, creating a plan that felt both functional and beautiful. Ricky managed the project seamlessly and kept us informed every step of the way. And Ivan and his crew were outstanding—hardworking, courteous, and extremely skilled. The end result is stunning. Highly recommend this team!

Outdoor Makeover helped us create the backyard of our dreams. When we purchased our corner house four years ago, we immediately saw the potential for expanding the yard and outdoor living space. My husband and I wanted something that looked elegant with minimal maintenance. The team at Outdoor Makeover delivered and then some.

Kasey and Shawn were amazing design partners. Everything suggested was creative and so, so beautiful. The plantings that were recommended are also doing well in the space. We are very happy to finally have a true shade garden.

When it came to the build itself, Ivan and his crew absolutely knocked it out of the park. The team worked incredibly hard to bring our vision to life. You won't find better craftsmanship for a hardscaping project in Atlanta.

Finally, I have to give flowers to Ricky who oversaw the entire project. He did a great job at making sure all the T's were crossed and I's were dotted. His feedback throughout the build was invaluable and helped us pass all our permit inspections with flying colors. Ricky and Ivan have incredible attention to detail and are excellent communicators, ensuring that each step of the build ran smoothly.

Overall, I'd highly recommend Outdoor Makeover! We loved the team we worked with and would happily use them again.

We hired this company for our backyard project. They did a solid job on creating a retaining wall with corten steel and some other things. But alas, our trees have died. There was a lot of assurance given to us about how they were going to work around the trees but they ended up killing them.
Absolutely despise when companies point to contracts where there’s no guarantee for anything pertaining to keeping things intact. They will hype you up verbally and charge you exorbitantly, but will respond horribly when you ask for accountability. Save your money guys.
Back in 2023 when we got an initial quote from a former employer which we didn’t proceed with - 1. Because the design was terrible, and 2. He said something that rubbed me the wrong way; “We care about making money”. We still went ahead and gave this company a go with their new designer, sales rep, and project person, but this is what it’s come to - sheer disappointment. Save your money and trees!

Working with Outdoor Makeover was a great experience from beginning to end. Chris Noonan was fantastic—he really listened to what we wanted and made sure we stayed within budget, which was a big priority for me. The entire team was professional, responsive, and truly cared about getting every detail right. The onsite crew was also outstanding—they kept the project moving smoothly and handled any bumps in the road with professionalism and care. I’m extremely happy with the results and would gladly recommend them or hire them again for future work.

We had a great experience with Outdoor Makeover and would also highly recommend our project manager/designer Chris. After a horrible experience with another pool company that we let go, Chris, Juan and the team were a breath of fresh air. The scope of our project included finishing landscape around a new pool, including the entire backyard and portions of the front yard.

The design process was great - they team was very collaborative and thoughtful in selecting plants/trees with variety that would do well based upon position. Chris also came up with a great idea for a tricky area of the yard including building a retaining wall with potted trees on top for privacy.

We are a couple months after the job wrapped up, and the plants have all taken well and are beginning to grow in nicely. I can't wait to see what it looks like after a couple years of growth! The exterior lighting is also perfect. We couldn't have been happier with the experience, so much so that we're actually already working with Chris on a small "phase 2" to add a few additional trees.

We had a great experience working with Outdoor Makeover on our landscaping project. Jon did an excellent job taking our ideas and turning them into a clear, thoughtful design that worked really well for our space. He was easy to work with and really understood what we were going for.

Chuck managed the build from start to finish and kept everything on track. He was responsive, organized, and quick to address any issues that came up along the way. His crew was professional and respectful of our property throughout the process.

The end result turned out even better than we expected. The quality of the work and attention to detail really show. We’re very happy with how everything came together and would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a landscaping project.

We used Outdoor Makeover and Living Spaces for our screened in porch project on the back of our house. Charles, Jonathan, William, Gerardo, and Antonio were an amazing team. Great communication. The craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. We love our new porch and deck. Highly recommend this company.

A huge thank you to the entire team at Outdoor Makeover and Living Spaces! Our experience was absolutely wonderful, and we couldn't be happier with our new backyard. Chris, our Project Manager, was a lifesaver throughout the whole process, and Juan and his team deserve a huge shoutout for their hard work and attention to detail. From someone that works in property management and works closely with vendors and contractors, I have to say that I was very impressed. They were so responsive and came up with a creative design that transformed our space. We had a tough privacy issue in our yard because of a neighbor's tree roots, but Chris had a clever idea to build a retaining wall that perfectly matched our hot tub and then add planters with trees on top. All the plants, boulders, and lighting were absolutely perfect and so well-planned.
We can’t recommend them enough and are already planning our next project with them!

Last Monday I called Verified Outdoor Services about a large mulch order for my yard... it had been a few years so I needed it. They were prompt in returning my phone call, and were great about walking me through all of my pricing options. By Wednesday I had 15 cubic yards placed in the exact location that I requested. I can't recommend them enough. Extremely knowledgeable, great communication, prompt service, and a very easy billing platform. I'm excited to call them for my next yard project!

After working with VOS for two years now, I felt compelled to share an update. VOS continues to impress with their punctuality, quality of work, thoroughness, and honesty. After going to VOS for numerous projects including mulch/pinestraw, lawn maintenance, miscellaneous cleanup, etc. I can't recommend them enough. No reason to even call anyone else!

Eric and his crew with verified did solid work for me. Looking forward to using them for all of my sod needs in the future. Top sod guys around.
