Great service, jeanne, Isaiah, and Germaine did an excellent job looking after my lawn.

Reliability is not this company's thing. I was informed via the phone by an office staff member that I was on their weekend schedule for lawn service. Well, the weekend came and went - with them being a no show.
I'm taking a new beginning - with another company!

I wrote this review a year ago and have since moved on with another company. By no means is this review a scam. Your company is just trying to avoid the truth. And this was MY TRUTH, MY EXPERIENCE with your company.

So, no, THIS IS NOT A SCAM. YOU PLEASE STOP AND MOVE ON!

The service I get from this company is no better than a common lawn cutter. They offer no additional service unless I suggest, with that they don’t have an interest in pursuing my request. They show up when they want to and make excuses why it took 4 weeks to cut my grass. They have been off schedule 3 times this year. I can not end my contract before March 3 without paying $150 fee. March 3 can not come fast enough. M Boykin

They are so professional and personable. They have done numerous upgrades to our home. They provide quality service for reasonable cost. We are so happy they take care of our landscape and remodeling needs.

Wow! Called in the morning and they came out the same day. Communication was great, and the gentleman was polite and completed my front and back (1/3 acre) yard in 1 hour. All for less than ive been paying to haggle a friend of a friend who is very unreliable. Thanks New Beginning!

Germaine was exceptional! He and his colleague did a phenomenal job with cutting and clearing our yard. He also identified many plants and trees for us, giving us a great lesson on plants. Highly recommend

Glad I found this lawn service. My daughter Prom night 🌙 wanted yard to look nice and they made me a last minute stop, when I needed them due to a week prior ler our old guy go. I must admit the folks do an amazing job on the lawn, however they are very inconsistent with they way they charge you.

First, I was told an invoice would be sent every time before service , so I can approve the payment. The lady said they do not come out unless they payment is sent first.

Then, they disappeared for weeks, popped out of nowhere and STOLED $150.50 & $344.00 out of my account. There was no invoice prior to the job being done. Again, they popped up & was supposed to be finishing a previous job but tripled the payment without my knowledge.

I was refunded $85.00 of the $150.50, her excuse for that was you were charged for bush trim, that was NOT provided. Then, they kept the 344.00, her excuse for that was the charge for the pine straw AGAIN. They kept $250 for me doing away with them.

Please note I’ve already paid $500.00 for the entire service. When they came out, they only had half the pine straw. I was told they’ll come back yard, because the store did not have all the pine straw. Well, I didn’t see them for weeks. Upon their return that’s when they tripled the payment and charged the UNAUTHORIZED payments in the above mentioned.

These folks are scammers! Protect your accounts and if you do business with them only keep money agreed on in that account, because they are silently robbing folks. 😢

Update: Cute response from owner, but I never heard from them, they NEVER resolved the issue and they have yet to refund my unauthorized funds they took from my account. 😡
