I love a hassle-free process! I booked online. I had a conflict where i couldn't meet them at the house, they kept their word and serviced my lawn in my absence. Their team was incredibly responsive and took the time to walk me through every detail of the scope of work, which I really appreciated.

After a few hectic months of travel, my front and backyard were in desperate need of attention. Thankfully, they had a Spring Cleanup package that was exactly what I needed. They were very rough with my newly planted plants and knocked them over. They were rough with my newly bought furniture and I had to go pick things up from the ground myself. I paid for a minimum of two hours of work and they left after an hour even though there was more that could be done. I needed someone on short notice but I will definitely not be moving forward with them for regular service.

I raised my voice to make sure they heard me over the sound of the leaf blower not to be disrespectful.

Putting the plant back and taking an after picture does not negate the damage done to their root systems.

Two years ago I had new sod put down in my front yard. I was told the importance of watering and yard maintenance with new sod in order to get it to flourish. New Beginning was recommended to me and I am so pleased with their service! For the past two years I have been able to count on them for consistent lawn care. They arrive as scheduled and if they are not coming that day (because of bad weather) they send you a text with an updated appointment.
My lawn is beautiful. It looks like a thick green carpet all summer and I often get complements from my neighbors!
They maintain my entire yard all year long, lawns and shrubs in the spring and summer and leaves in the fall and winter. I highly recommend this company for their excellent maintenance work and fair pricing!! Thank you Germaine and New Beginnings LLC!

John has been servicing my lawn for a few years now and had always done a great job. From the grass and edging to the flower beds, pine straw and hedges, I never have to worry about those things because he's always on top of it.
Recently I learned that John also does junk hauling. I have been in my home for 17 years and my basement had a ton of things I needed to haul away.
