Hennie with Mr.Handyman did a great job restoring, repairing and refurbishing our 23 year old teak patio furniture! It looks brand new! Hennie was on time professional and did an amazing job.

I had someone come build a small nightstand and a queen-size canopy bed frame. No price was discussed or agreed on upfront. He did all the work with the door closed, and when he finished, he told me the total was $700. Them follows up with a "what do you do for work"

On top of that, he left multiple marks all over my walls. I just moved here, and now my walls are damaged.

The assembly ended up costing more than the actual bed frame, which is completely unacceptable. I feel very taken advantage of. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Mr. Handyman of Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and North Atlanta has proven to be a dependable and knowledgeable resource for our facility’s upkeep. Their technician arrived on time, fully equipped, and demonstrated evident expertise in both commercial maintenance and plumbing fixture installations. The faucet and showerhead upgrades were done with precision, and everything functions flawlessly. Their attention to structural integrity and compliance was especially appreciated in our commercial setting. Communication was prompt, courteous, and informative from start to finish.

I had a wonderful experience! Thomas came in and assessed my issue, quickly came up with a solution, and within an hour and a half my task was complete. He we had a catio for my cats and he hoisted it up and attached it to the window so that the cats could safely get in and out. And then he also fixed the safety latch on the door to make sure that the cats could not get out of the home and onto the patio where it isn't safe. The results exceeded my expectations and I am extremely happy and so are my cats!

My technician was Thomas. He took his time to check and re-check to diagnose the problem. Made the corrections and fixed my electrical problem. His customer service and outstanding! Very easy to talk to and extremely patient. I hold heartedly recommend Thomas and will request for additional services in the future. Go Thomas!!!

I am recovering from a back injury that is taking a long time to heal. I contacted Mr. Handyman to install grab bars in the shower and on the wall next to the toilet. Josh did a terrific job! Having those grab bars completely changed and improved the safety and function of my bathroom. Thanks, Josh, and thanks Mr. Handyman!

Tommy and Carly were really professional on time, friendly, and let me help out building boys fort on a raised deck I built in my back yard. They understood the project and used materials I had on hand as well as some I went to buy. It was a fun day and great little afternoon project. My 5 yr old loves his new fort. 10/10.

Mr. Handyman is fast and reliable, Initially I was booked for an appointment for tomorrow, however a spot became available for today, they called to inform me of the spot being open. A Mr. Handyman associate named Henni stopped by. Fast, efficient, friendly and professional! In todays climate where customer service gets put on the back burner. Mr. Handyman has excellent customer service and sincerely cares about the task they set out to do. I would not ever hesitate to call Mr. Handyman or to recommend them to a friend or colleague. What an AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!

From the initial day Jason looked at what we needed gave us a great estimate much better than others and we went from there. He was very professional timely explained each step of project. Look forward working with company on any possible future projects. Nice to have reliable source. Thanks

I initially left a 1-star review due to not being given an upfront price, being charged $700, and some scuff marks left on my walls. While the bed frame and nightstand were completed, the overall experience wasn’t what I expected.
What really changed my perspective was how the company handled it afterward. They reached out the very next day with a genuine apology, took full accountability, and made it clear they hold themselves to a high standard. They even offered to send someone out at no cost to fix the scuffs on my walls, which I truly appreciated.
They asked what would be fair to make things right, and after I suggested a partial refund since the work was completed, they immediately agreed. A few days later, I received a $350 refund with no pushback at all.

I was honestly very impressed by their integrity and customer service. Because of how professionally they handled this, I would absolutely consider hiring them again in the future when I need my bed frame taken down or other items built. Thank you again for making it right!!

We had some rotted siding around windows that needed to be replaced with hardiplank. Our guy Ben was very professional, courteous and on time which we appreciate. It was super cold and on the second level which I'm sure made this challenging work. I had some issues with nail holes not being sufficiently spackled and sanded. Ben returned; not mad, great attitude, and was happy to fix it to my satisfaction, which we really appreciated.

Hennie did a fantastic job building a ramp off our deck and it only took 2+1/2 days.

And he installed a dog door through a brick wall and did it perfectly.

Did I mention he did all of this solo?

His choice of supplies and his expert technique were outstanding.

Not to mention he was a complete professional and very polite and thoughtful throughout.

It was a fantastic experience and we wouldn't hesitate to use Mr. Handyman's services again!

this guy used to be great. I used his service for three years. now i think he got new customers and he doesn't care. he messed up my pond during my annual cleaning. water does not flow. when I asked to fix it they said it was never flowing. now I have to call someone else.

They started out doing a good job, but things declined after the older brother handed the work over to the younger one. Since then, there has been a lot of turnover, and the quality has dropped significantly.

There have been multiple instances where items were damaged or broken without any communication. On top of that, prices continue to increase under the explanation of “inflation,” yet they are using my water, electricity, hose, and even fish food during service.

At this point, the pricing does not match the level of service being provided. I would expect better communication, accountability, and consistency for the cost.

Not the best experience and extremely unprofessional.

I highly recommend Vicente's Ponds! Reasonable pricing, and the crew is quick, thorough, and quality-focused.

Enrique and Julio are the very best pond contractors in all of Atlanta. I should know. They worked for me building ponds all over Atlanta for more than 20 years. They are the best. You can trust them with doing an excellent job.
