Very reliable, courteous . Great service!

David and team were available during the pandemic when I needed gutter work before another bad storm.
For a quick job they did pretty decent of cleaning by gutters, securing a downspout, and sealing it with silicone.
Wished they went the extra mile to be more thorough: add more silicone, painted the spout, and overall trashing the leftover debris from the gutters instead of leaving it on my yard and garden.

With summer coming up, weather has cleared up for me to realize there are ladder dings on my gutters. :(

Man when I tell you complete night snd day with before snd after with my carpet!! Chef's kiss! The crew was amazing with cleaning and deordrizing to the point the carpet looks new! I had a bad pet odor and high traffic area and they did such an awesome job!! Nice work, I would definitely use them again.

Patrick did an excellent job. Gave a full cost breakdown before doing any work. Explain why and how cleaning would be done. Very kind, personable and knowledgeable about fabrics and how to clean my chairs and wool area rug. I highly recommend using Patrick and Stanley Steamer. My swivel rockers were looking pretty tough. Patrick breathed new life into them. He also tackle a pretty rough ware spot on my wool rug. My rug looks so much better. Thank you so much Patrick!!!

Victor and Kevin did a great job cleaning the carpet in my home. They arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. I appreciated that they made sure that my furniture was protected during the cleaning process. I will definitely ask for them for the next cleaning.

I scheduled a tile and grout cleaning for 2 bathrooms on the company's website, and was quoted $178.50 total for the job. When their employees arrived they told me that the bathroom was going to be an additional $150 because I wanted the shower area cleaned as well. I was very disappointed because I feel like they were using a bait and switch tactic. I completed my home information on their web site as fully as they asked. The web site never specified anything about the bathrooms except for how many I wanted cleaned. They never asked for square footage, which I would gladly have provided. They don't break out shower stalls from the entire bathroom. I would have told them that I wanted the shower stalls cleaned as well.

I don't appreciate their tactics and can't imagine other prospective customers do either. I believe that they need to do a better job of quoting total cost upfront, rather than surprising people when their employees arrive.

I will be finding a more reputable company to clean the areas I have.

Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything in detail to us. They did their job just the way they explained it to us. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has an issue with water getting into their home.

Pedro did a great job! He was able to greatly diminish stains on our carpet that had been there for years and he left the house spotless. He was professional and courteous and I highly recommend.

Dominique and Yatta did a thorough and professional job. Blue light was installed to keep the basement unit running extra clean. Everything was well explained. The house was left virtually spotless. Both gentlemen were respectful and kind.

Gerard and Jamar were very professional, on time, and did a great job cleaning my carpeting and bathroom grout in my new home. They explained the work process and made additional service suggestions based what they saw. I would definitely have them provide service again in the future!!!

Dominique & Yatta came out and did a great job on my carpets and air ducts! Took their time and didn’t just blow through it to hurry on to the next job. Dominique was very informative about the UV light system they installed.

I hired Stanley Steemers Atlanta for carpet and sofa cleaning and I’m am extremely disappointed with the services provided. I called customer service and they sent another team to redo the job, but my carpet is still not cleaned. I did the white sock test and needless to say I ruined about 3 pair of good Nike socks. I’m old school and believed in this company but not anymore. Instead of a refund I have to wait for a manager to come look at my dark tan carpet to see if it’s as bad as I explained. I never had stains on either so I’m not sure what management expects to see unless they arrive with their own white socks to conduct the infamous “white sock” test. I’d advise you to purchase your own cleaner and just do it yourself before you waste $600 on this service, consider yourself warned.

I needed my upholstered furniture cleaned so I called Stanley Steamer. Victor and Brian showed up on time to do the job. Victor explained in detail the cleaning process. He had me show him each piece of furniture. He checked for stains, found none and then explained about scotch guard protection and anti bacterial something. Well less than 2 hours later they were finished. My furniture looks brand new! They were polite, friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable of their trade. I highly recommend Stanley Steamer and Victor and Brian.

Ritchy and Kevin were polite, and my carpets smell fantastic. I’m very pleased with the professionalism exhibited.
Joao and Jamar came out today (2 days after Ritchy and Kevin; we thought maybe some cleaning solution residue was leftover in one small area) but it turned out to be a leak in our water main-cutoff valve. Joao went above and beyond to help us figure out the root of the problem, and even cleaned that small area. I’m so happy I chose Stanley Steemer.

Never had a bad experience using Stanley. The guys today were professional, personable as well as quite comical. The older gentleman kept me laughing! You can tell when people like what they do. Great job guys!

The two technicians did a great job. They were very thorough, friendly and accommodating. The job they did in the room's, hallway and stairway was excellent.
