Duron and Duron did an outstanding job!! They were very professional and very thorough just as Michael said they would be..he showed me some things that weren't done by another company..I give them 10 stars and glad Michael sent me two of his best..I highly recommend using Stanley Steemer for your duct cleaning service

We recently had Stanley Steemer clean the carpets in our restaurant, sales office, retail shop, and even our home — and we could not be more pleased! The carpet looks and smells brand new in every space.

Had wood floors, area rugs, entrance rugs, bathroom floor & shower tiles cleaned and all carpets deodorized and protectant applied. Everything looks brand new and whole house smells wonderful. No more dog odors (even though they are groomed very frequently). It’s a thorough cleaning that is well worth it. It took less than 3 hours to do entire lower level of house. Our technician thoroughly explained everything and provided options that we could choose to add if wanted. Everything was discussed and price agreed upon before work started. Will definitely hire Stanley Steemer and request our technician again. Trustworthy, efficient, and great communicator. Ensured all was to our liking before putting away equipment etc. Nothing needed to be touched up - he did a great job the first time. Thank you.

I made the appointment and they showed up on time two days later. They were both very professional and nice. They did a great job. The carpets look clean and smell great! I will definitely be using them in the future.

Today’s in-home service experience was extremely unprofessional. The technician came in with a negative attitude, immediately saying he didn’t think he could clean my couch due to water stains and then pushed add-ons (protection/sanitizer). Once I declined, his demeanor changed completely and he said he “wouldn’t be able to clean it that well.” When I mentioned Stanley Steemer’s return policy window (up to 30 days if stains don’t come out), he told me he’d rather not finish the job at all. I asked him to leave due to the disrespect and refusal to complete the service. He left my cushions and items on the floor and walked out while my children were home. This was unacceptable and I will be escalating this to the executive office.

They did a great job on our air ducts (2 systems) and our upholstery cleaning! This was our first experience with air duct cleaning and I’d highly recommend them. They were courteous, took time to explain what they were doing and showed me pictures of all of the before and afters.

Came to my home for mitigation after a leak effected 2 levels of our house. Customer friendly; communicate well; clean up before they leave. Kirby and Desmond are the best. Stanley Steamer will definitely be my 1st choice for any future needs.

After using different carpet cleaning services be it dry chemicals or organic bio, I am certain Stanley Steamer does the best job well worth to few extra dollars they cost. Today, again my satisfaction was exceeded by Jose and David who were working so hard I had to encourage them to take a water break. Professional, knew what they were doing, removed some bad spots and make me feel I can trust anyone SS send out. I believe they do a background check and only hire good honest hard working people. This company does do good work, but Charged an additional $190 without my permission, they called me 2 times to upsell me when I made it clear I do not need anything additional. I called to get this rectified and their responses was, your mother-in-law signed the invoice. Yes she did of course I’m at work working and she did not know that they were charging me an additional $190. I cannot give the company anymore of my business the prices go up every year and this was not the right way to handle a repeat client . I uploaded a photo to let you guys know it doesn’t even look like they vacuumed just not happy with the quality

Moving into our new construction home presented an unexpected challenge: red Georgia clay stubbornly adhered to our beautiful tile and bamboo floors, a consequence of insufficient protection by the builder and contractors. Joshua and Desmond from Stanley Steemer provided a great cleaning to our hard wood floors. They meet the goal in regards to bringing our floors back to their original condition. They informed me on their arrival time and provided a tracking link for us to be able to see when they will arrive. The only concern I had was the prices provided by the person who placed the orders. The quote on the phone was not even close to the prices quoted once the technician arrived and informed me about the work required which changed the prices more than 3 times the price quoted.
