The deep clean service exceeded my expectations. I could literally see the difference, from the floors to the ceilings. It's like they reached every corner and brought back the shine. Impressive work!

Harassing phone calls and texts!! They hound you and try price gouging you!! They quoted me $550 then a month later said we are offering a “discount” then quoted $850!!! They wouldn’t stop calling and hanging up on me and texting me!! I had to threaten them with a lawyer!

I did not receive any service from the aforementioned entity. However, it is noteworthy to mention that my attempts to establish contact via Google, in order to avail myself of the “Google Guarantee” feature, were met with unanswered calls. There was a consistent pattern wherein they would promptly return calls, seemingly in an attempt to circumvent the prescribed process. It is advisable to exercise caution and prudence when considering engagement with this company to avoid potential fraudulent activities.

When I phoned twice, I kept getting hung up on. I did receive an immediate call back but the caller mumbled and I couldn't make out what he said. So I asked if this was who I kept getting hung up on, and in a louder bit snippy tone I heard "this is elite mumble mumble". Bad first impression, I decided to look elsewhere.

Eliteness Cleaning does an amazing job with my residential home cleaning. They showed up on time and delivered what they said they would. We are in the process of placing our home for sell on the market and they made it look brand new.

I paid over $500 for a move in cleaning. They rescheduled, charged me, arrived at the house the next day, and didn’t clean anything. These people are shady. They sent me pictures of the house to prove they’d cleaned something, but the pictures were low resolution and could have been from the realtor add from when we bought the house. Once they had my money, they just ran out the clock until I couldn’t get reimbursed from google. To bad, I have a big cleaning job but I’d never use them again. If you hire them good luck.

If I could give this review as zero, I would. I scheduled an appointment for 9 AM and the staff arrived late around 930. You could tell by their body language they didn’t even want to be there and took them a while to get out of their car. They asked me what they would be doing in my home as if I did not sign up for the cleaning I left them alone to clean my home and they claimed that I had mold in my bathrooms and cancel my appointment. I got together with my landlord, and I got a second opinion and they were able to confirm that I did not have mold in my bathroom, but that it was soap scum. when I called they did not want to issue me a refund so I was out $330. Please do not get scammed by this company.

My first time using the service. I really needed help after my roommate moved out and before my new roommate moves in. I had 4 surgeries in the last year and had fallen behind in cleaning my home. My cleaner was great. She payed attention to detail and took her time to do it right. I was expecting more than one cleaner, but she really handled everything well. I am glad I hired this service and highly recommend Shanquira.
