This company is very reliable and communicates very well the cost, the method of payment, the expectations as it relates to how and when my payment card would be charged! The cleaners arrived on time, introduced themselves, asked me to show them around and then shared their strategy to meet my requests. Later on that day, I received a follow-up call from the company. My overall experience was excellent! I'd recommend this company for all of your cleaning services.

Great Service! The home cleaning and management team are amazing!! We purchased a home recently and they handled our Move-In clean with little notice. The cleaners were awesome and paid very close attention to the items of concern we provide when booking. We will be using Eliteness Cleaning for our monthly service going forward.

Eliteness Cleaning worked around my schedule and made every effort to accommodate me. I wish I had obtained the name of the lady who cleaned my kitchen since she did an incredible job and my kids enjoyed chatting to her! When my husband returned home from the cleaning, he was astounded at how clean everything seemed. We will undoubtedly call you again for more cleanings!

My cleaner was great. I was a little surprised that they sent only one person for 3 beds, 2.5 bath home. The website wouldn’t load all the details of what was included so I had to email. No one responded. I then had to call where the gentleman proceeded to be abrasive and have an attitude. It’s unfortunate because the cleaning was good and thorough, but responsiveness and customer service were lacking. I likely won’t use again because of this.

Review edited. I used them again for a deep clean and the quality was terrible. I didn't notice the dust since we were out of town for a few days, and when I did I notified them immediately. It was in places that aren't obvious like fans, tops of doors, tops of furniture, etc, which I specifically called out for them to do. I didn't even ask for a refund, I just asked for the difference back between a normal clean and a deep clean. For $540, I expect better. I was informed that because I didn't report it within 24 hours, they weren't responsible. Wouldn't you think that a business would stand behind their quality of work. Do not use this company!!!

We use Eliteness to service 5 of our Airbnb's and they have made everything so easy. The system for alerting them to properties that need to be cleaned is simple and stress free. Also their team has provided consistent and detailed work which has caused our reviews for cleanliness to skyrocket. We are happy we found them!

My wife and I were both out of town for the weekend so we thought it would be a good time for a deep cleaning service at the house. We have quite a few animals and are both busy professionals so it’s easy to get a little behind on the housekeeping. Lemon and clove came out with their team and spent the entire day making our home look and smell amazing. We will definitely use again. The floors, countertops and bathrooms especially looked spotless. Thank you !

This is the third company that I tried and they are the only ones that were any good. They actually mop and really leave the house feeling clean. I also love that they use non toxic products.

I switched to lemon and clove for my most recent cleaning and they did a phenomenal job! Customer service was top-notch and they left my house spotless, which is saying a lot with three young boys living there!

We were very disappointed with the service we received from lemon and clove. We hired them to be our house cleaners after seeing positive reviews online and speaking with them. We told them our needs, that we hadn’t had a deep clean by a cleaning company in about 5 months, and that we have 3 dogs. They said that was fine and everything seemed great. They were punctual on the day of the cleaning and the owner (I’m assuming) did a walkthrough of the house with my wife and saw everything we needed cleaned. Then the cleaner came in and started work around 9:15am. When I got home from work at 5pm she was still cleaning our upstairs. We have a 1450sq/ft home, that’s including the garage and a downstairs room we didn’t want cleaned because it is a storage space, so around 1000-1100sq/ft of space to be cleaned. She didn’t leave our home until after 8pm. We were pretty annoyed by this, almost 11 hours to clean our small home was extremely excessive, and other services we’ve used who came with 1 person to clean did the same work in under 4 hours. The house was very clean, but we had to keep our dogs kenneled all day and were unable to use our kitchen to cook dinner because she was cleaning in there at 6pm. We figured this was a one time occurrence as it was the first “deep clean” that all cleaning services do for the first visit. When we went to schedule again, we were told that they would no longer be offering their services to us because “there is too much dog hair” and they don’t clean houses that have that much dog hair. We have 3 short haired dogs, one 55lbs, one 14lbs, and one 6lbs, that lightly shed. We vacuum heavy traffic areas ourselves, but dog hair does accumulate under beds and in corners, but it isn’t excessive. For a cleaning service to say they won’t clean your home because of dog hair is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. We told them upfront about our dogs, the owner walked through our home before they started cleaning, and then they charged us a large upfront cost for a “deep clean” before refusing service again because of dog hair. I’m incredibly disappointed and will never recommend this company to anyone.

Everything was wonderful- starting with me reaching out for information and pricing. They were kind and professional, working around my schedule. I even had last minute changes and they were great. On the day of my cleaning, they arrived on time, were so professional and willing to do anything I needed. They did a fantastic job - my home sparkled and smelt fresh - no chemical smell! I’ve already booked more cleanings with them.

The Lemon and Clove team was punctual, professional, and so very thorough in their cleaning! I've used other services in the past and have always had to go behind and address missed areas. This is not an issue with Lemon and Clove. In addition to a high quality product, the owners are genuine, warm, and truly want to make life easier!

I cannot recommend this Cleaning Company enough! The owners are extremely responsive, friendly, and professional. They were able to get me a last-minute cleaning before my opening day at my Dance Fitness studio, really helping me out of a bind. The cleaning crew was just as a friendly and professional, and did an amazing job. I was so impressed that I booked them as a reoccurring cleaning service, which I wasn’t planning on doing for a while. The fact that they also use chemical-free, clean, natural products is such a huge perk!
