Clean Tu Casa did a move in cleaning for me on an apartment in a newly completed building. Management had not done an acceptable job with their "construction" cleaning -- but CTC knocked it out of the park. They went over ever inch of the 1,250 sq. ft. Along with the anticipated overall work, they pulled out appliances and cleaned behind/beneath them, cleaned the tops of the doors, all the base boards/door & window casings, not an inch of the place overlooked. Both the office staff and the cleaners were extremely polite and professional. I recommend them without qualifications of any kind.

I was very happy to find out that they are also able to service my brother’s home as well, which gives me peace of mind. These ladies did an excellent job cleaning my mother’s home! She was recently diagnosed with cancer and it’s been harder to keep up with things around the house. They came in and knocked out those stubborn areas and we were especially impressed by their level of detail with cleaning the walls and baseboards! Everything was sparkling clean from top to bottom. My mom was so happy with the result and we couldn’t thank them enough, would absolutely recommend!

Clean Tu Casa is a company that is dedicated to excellence in cleaning. Every person from the company that has stepped through my door has been considerate, and done a fantastic job with their cleaning service. It is clear that Clean Tu Casa works hard to train the employees to have a high skill level across the board, and I am so happy to have used their services!

I would give zero stars if I could. The original invoice—already much higher than local competitors—turned out to be misleading. We agreed on roughly 6 hours of work for a normal 3/2.5 home with typical daily use (dusty, but nothing extreme). Instead, they dragged the job out to a painfully slow 10 hours, then had the audacity to tack on over $100 beyond the quoted price. To make matters worse, the coordinator insulted the homeowner by describing the property as “neglected” and “unlivable”—a wildly untrue and unprofessional remark.

To be clear, the cleaner herself worked hard and did her best, but the overall experience was uncomfortable, overpriced, and felt duplicitous. I strongly recommend avoiding this business.

Brie was an excellent housekeeper! She was pleasant and easy to work with. Her cleaning was thorough, and she took her time to ensure all our cleaning expectations were met.

If I could give this company 100 stars I WOULD! This was my first experience with a cleaning service (I'm old fashioned and I've always cleaned my own space). I was extremely skeptical and even considered backing out but I'm so glad I didn't! From scheduling to the actual cleaning, Clean Tu Casa was phenomenal. Angelica did a great and thorough clean to our house! It also smelled very nice afterwards. As a mom of two young kids, I am grateful to have someone clean my house from time to time so I can have a break. I appreciate the communication and kindness in regards to scheduling and verifying how the service went as well!

Exceptional Cleaning Service – A Lifesaver During My Battle with Breast Cancer

I cannot say enough great things about this cleaning company! As I battle breast cancer, keeping up with household chores has been a challenge, but this team was an absolute blessing. From the moment they arrived—on time and fully prepared—they handled everything with the utmost professionalism and care.

Their efficiency was incredible. They worked quickly yet thoroughly, leaving my apartment looking brand new! What truly stood out was their respect and attention to detail. Before touching anything, they always asked, ensuring my comfort and peace of mind. They weren’t intrusive at all—just focused and diligent in their work.

I have two small dogs, and I was initially worried about how they would handle the cleaning process. But they were incredibly accommodating! I kept my dogs in a separate room, and once that area was cleaned, my pups were comfortable transitioning into the other space. The whole experience was seamless.

I paid for a move out clean and paid extra for the oven and fridge to be cleaned.

The woman who came to my home was very nice. This review is not a critique of her character, the cleaning was simply subpar. Things not cleaned, included primary bathroom grout lines, baseboards, range hood, inside the oven (which I paid extra for), kitchen trash/recycling cabinet.

They claim my husband told the cleaner not to clean the primary bathroom shower, but he did not. He found the cleaner in the guest bathroom and asked her not to clean that shower since he had just re-grouted that area the day prior.

My husband and I are currently cleaning our house which we paid $400 to have professionally cleaned.

Always does a good job at cleaning very professionally and friendly! They do things that I didn’t even ask like put my curtains up for me because I didn’t know how lol they clean my place spotless and leave with no worries. I like how they don’t try to hang out and be your friend like other companies! They aren’t like that here they are professional and just trying to clean!

A team of three came out to do a post-holidays, deep clean of my home. They were professional, thorough, and conscientiousness! I would definitely rebook with this team and company.

Anna Santucci and Lauren Evans did an AMAZING job cleaning for me. I had an event last Saturday and needed my entire house cleaned. Everybody was super thorough and they took their time to make sure everything looked perfect. Customer Service was exceptional and better than any other company I have tried. I live in an older home on a busy street. It can get very dusty! Tu Casa sent two people out to do a deep clean. They brought all of their own equipment including a ladder to tackle ceiling fans and other areas I normally can’t clean. Four hours later I walked into a beautifully clean home! I am very happy with their work.

Having used many cleaning services over the years (and it was many!), I was very impressed with how well and detailed with the cleaning services provided. Usually, the first cleaning isn't quite what's expected, but this was certainly not the case with Clean Tu Casa. Denise did a fabulous job in providing the desired service, and she even went above and beyond with little extras that I didn't think consider. Even the owner, Vanessa, would call for feedback and to check in to see if services were going as expected. Without hesitation, I become one of their regular customers. Highly recommend... Very professional with quality service!
