I recommend this company for anyone that has a restaurant or even an office that they need detailed cleaned. They are very professional and always willing to assist.

I was introduced to here by one of my good friend because their quality of service is phenomenal and done in timely manner. However, I ended up cancelling the service due to lack of professionalism.

First, open 24/7 is a not true! If you happened to schedule your hood to be cleaned on Sat or Sun, there is no way you would be able to get in reach with them. So you can’t even get a confirmation of your service when you try to call. You just gotta HOPE they show up.. For me, after attempting to call 10 times to confirm my service, the cleaning crew ended up calling me saying they were an hour and half behind. They called again 30 minutes later saying one of the cleaning crew called off so they can’t come in anymore. How is this professional? Calling off last minute?! Then the crew tried to reschedule me for the following day at 9pm. On the following day, sales called saying they can’t come in again because the schedule was already fully booked and tried to reschedule me again. So it seems the company lacks communication even amongst their own employees. I just ended up cancelling their service.

Secondly, their service is overpriced. I was quoted $400 for our hood cleaned. Due to covid maybe, it was $50 more than what I usually paid with other cleaning service, I still requested for their service. I then asked for a quote on cleaning the floor and wall behind my 3 fryers and grill. They quoted extra $400 based on looking at couple of pictures i sent!! From my 8 years of restaurant experience, the max quote I ever received was $150. Prices says it all.

Lastly, supervisor sits behind their sales rep. I must say, the salesperson was very patient and really tried her best to accommodate me. However, I think the whole situation would have been smoother if her supervisor just took over the situation. The salesperson and I got on and off the phone so many times because every time even to the little details, she had to get confirmations from her manager.

Maybe I might have been the unfortunate client. I feel terribly sorry to even leave a review like this. Pricing is one thing but I was not able to receive the service at all due to calling out last minute and it was too much of a hassle.

We bought a old Chinese restaurant that was operating for over two decade. And seems like last owner have never clean the fans and chimney. The grease was thick as a city wall. They spend “8” hours in total to clean my Exhaust system. And they didn’t rise the price. The price was initially high, but after seeing their work, I realized that was a very reasonable deal.

They Wrapped the site with plastic wrap. And clean up whatever spilled out of the wrap at the end.

Agent are easy to talk, the price is negotiable. I had talk to many companies they mostly very rude, especially for these families business. If you don’t want to spend 20 hours just looking for a lower price and a possibility bad outcome. Just go with them and save the time.

They came and cleaned my vent hoods. They were on time and worked super fast. Cesar called to check on everything the next morning. Great service!

Great service, my running shoes look like brand new after cleaning!

My forces were in urgent need of a cleaning. Great and professional service. I was very satisfied with the results.

I dropped 3 pairs of shoes, with varying amount of cleaning that was needed. Less than 3 days later they were ready and when I picked them up they looked like they were brand new again. I plan on using them again in the future.

The deep clean was amazing left my sneakers feeling brand new and smelling fresh. I was really impressed by the on time service and the quality of the deep clean.
