Luis is extremely rude and needs to work on his customer service! He diagnosed me with a bad salt cell and it turns out its not my salt cell it is the board. When I reached out to him to ask why my board was still malfunctioning,, he first ignored my texts and calls for 3 days then responded that I need to Google it. He is rude and short and will ignore you. This error cost me $1000! I will NEVER USE HIM AGAIN!

Extremely knowledgeable and fast response! Called on a Saturday morning and they were here a few hours later. He helped with a filter issue and taught me about the features of my system. Very nice and helpful! I’ll be calling them for my needs in the future.

For years, guys have been coming to winterize and shut my pool down and open the pool when things got hot. Their summer openings followed many days of arduous labor on my part and my wife’s before the pool was useable. Then Luis Jimenez showed up, he of iClean Pools Atlanta. I truly believe that Jimenez must mean godsend in Spanish. Where were you all these years my pal! Luis, you’re a keeper.

Luis and his team are fantastic! I appreciate how thorough they are when cleaning the pool, responsive to requests, and love the post-cleaning emails with pictures of the completed service. Top notch all the way!

They were very quick and responsive from the moment I first reached out and worked with me to identify what repairs were needed. When I decided against some of the pricier options I had originally asked for on the estimate they had a new quote to me the same day.

After paying for the estimate, they were at my house fixing the problem in a matter of days, whereas it had taken WEEKS to get the "other guys" to even come take a look and give an estimate. They even offered free advice for how to handle some of the maintenance that I opted to do myself to save money.

Will absolutely use them for any future pool needs!

We needed some plumbing work on our pool pump. iClean did a great job at a reasonable price. They came when they said they would and the plumbing works very well. Highly recommended.

I had posted earlier that I liked this company. They did really great when they came out the first 2 times. Unfortunately, to be a great company you need to have a commitment to clients same way as clients stick with you. Waiting for a cartridge clean up for now 6 weeks with the same answer (you're on the list) is not how you treat customers. It's more like we don't want to serve you. Unless a delay gets explained properly that's how it sounds. I hope they treat their other customers better.

As a new homeowner to a house with a pool, I have a lot to learn about care and maintenance. Luis and his team of I Clean Pools has returned every message timely and explained things (repeatedly!) to this novice pool owner. Parts of the pool operation are old and Luis guided me through options. Now I have a fully functional setup that I can control from my phone!

The iClean team is great, super friendly and got my pool service setup right away. They also made some repairs on the equipment on the first day out to make sure everything would be running and operating smoothly before they started their service. Don’t think you can find a better team in the area, very knowledgeable and experienced.

Luis and his crew are fantastic! They’ve opened our pool for the past several seasons and they keep returning until the water is crystal clear and balanced. We used others for opening in the past and they take off the winter cover, vacuum once (while they can’t even see the bottom), dump a load of chemicals and leave. Luis keeps coming until the job is completely done. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend his services!
