At first I had not had the best experience, especially with the rep who answers the calls and makes the appt. Some missed appts, and some minor issues. The rep tho was pretty rude once I called to complain about the issues I had. However, the owner was amazing!!!! He made sure he corrected any issues I may have had and offered a great solution to my issue. He was prompt in calling me back, making an appt and even offered his personal cell to make it easier for us to complete the job. If you’re looking for a great company, this is it. I would 100% recommendation this company for your carpet cleaning needs.

Rodney from Citrus came out today and my carpet looks amazing! Smells great and stains are gone!

Miles spent about an hour cleaning my 14' x 14' carpet. He did a great job and ensured I was completely satisfied. He took out three stains, one a good sized wine stain, a coke stain and a coffee stain. They were aged in and he was able to remove them. I asked him to go over the wine stain a second time after the solution had had time to work and it did. Miles was every interested in doing his best job and he did. I would wholeheartedly recommend Citrus for any carpet cleaning work. It was a pleasure to arrange, book and have this work done by all the folks at Citrus. Very efficient and pleasant process. You won't regret having Citrus come to your home.
