Rodney was prompt and pleasant. He explained the cleaning process and worked hard, not stopping, to get the carpets cleaned in a timely manner. The carpets are spotless! Very pleased. Will use them again. Price was reasonable.

Amazing job! We had our carpets cleaned to get rid of pet stains / smell. No more stains and the smell is completely gone even weeks later! Would highly recommend. We plan to use this company on a recurring basis to deep clean all of the carpets in our home. Staff was very friendly and helpful and price is so reasonable.

Great service! Miles was great with my sofa cleaning and very kind and disciplined. All my tea and coffee stains came off my sofa with the solution he was using. Overall great experience with the company. I’d definitely use their service again.

Never have I been this impressed with a carpet cleaning service. I’ve used Stanley Steamer, NoRez, rented commercial units from Lowe’s, spent hours on my knees with my little Green Machine…but nothing has come close to how clean Citrus Fresh got my white carpet. It’s a little pricier than some of the other companies but worth every penny. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Marlon did an outstanding job cleaning my home! He tackled the stairs, hallway, and master bedroom with excellence and efficiency. My home smells absolutely amazing, and he even left me a spot remover solution for future use. Highly recommend his services and this company!

DONT BOOK WITH THEM! The worst service ever ! I had make an appointment and they canceled last minute and were able to come the next day. However, the service was the worst! I paid $222 for a couch and carpet cleaning, my couch looked the same 3 days after it was completely dry. I called to get a refund and they refuse to give me a refund. They wanted to come back with their operations manager to do another cleaning before giving a refund. I told them I had already moved to another place and it was inconvenient to have to wait on the couch to dry again and I just needed a refund. They refused to give me the refund. WORST SERVICE! This was after they cleaned the couch and it was dry out ! I even tried removing it myself.

A few years ago when I first moved into this house, I had Citrus Fresh come and clean all the carpets and the furniture. They were so great that even though I did not need my carpets cleaned for a couple of years (I kept getting them replaced as we renovated), when it was time, I automatically called them again. They did not disappoint. I again had carpets and furniture done. They are reliable, on time, and friendly. This time I scheduled online and it was simple (although the office staff are great to deal with). Everything looks brand new and smells fresh when they’re done! This time I had stains on one of the bedroom carpets from when one of my dogs got sick. The stains are completely gone. They are the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used. I can’t imagine calling anyone else unless they retire!

Miles was very courteous and professional. We looked at a 4 bedrooms, he saw spots and me he may be able to get rid of them, I told him to do the best he can. When he was done I looked at the carpet all the spots were gone, he was just amazing. If I ever need carpet cleaning I would ask for him!

This company provided great customer service! Communicative, efficient, and cleaned my terrible carpet thoroughly for a good price! I have teen boys so it was pretty bad. I will absolutely use this company again. Thank you Tyler for making this experience a great one. He even left some spot cleaning solution for free! 🙌🏽

Update: I was able to speak with the owner who offered me multiple solutions and we were able to come to an agreement.

I used citrus fresh carpet cleaning on 7/15 to clean a sofa and three area rugs. They were very easy to work with and the technician was polite. I was very disappointed in the result of the cleaning, however, as my rugs did not look any different than before the service. While I did not have any staining, I did expect paying for a professional service would result in them looking a bit brighter/refreshed than before the service.

I was so surprised with the results that I took the small handheld I use for spot cleaning and did a small corner of the rug and the water that came up was the color of coffee (pictured).

When I called citrus fresh, they offered to do a re-clean but told me that I had one of their best technicians already. It seems their process agitates the dirt and they vacuum it up…but that did not seem to work for my rugs.

I would strongly advise you look elsewhere if you would like your area rugs cleaned as their process is not effective for area rugs (my style rugs pictured for reference).

Going to this place is like going to a buffet of a world class all you can eat. I called about carpet cleaning, and the multitude of options they had available was remarkable. I got my sofas cleaned, including one that I haven’t cleaned since I was in college, which was about 10 years ago and I did not even know was blue. Tyler was remarkable. He came in with dedication and knocked the whole entire house out, my knew we were getting rugs, carpets, and sofas cleaned in a three-story house. Definitely would book again. This was a great service and I just had a person deliver some items to my house and the first thing they said was when I open the door they got hit with such beautiful smell from the house.

Citrus Fresh service did a very good job on our carpets and I would use them again. Tyler was a great technician - prompt, thorough, efficient, and very hard working. The communication and scheduling with the company was excellent and proactive. Appreciated the customer service and hard work.

Wow so glad I stumbled upon this company!! We needed our floors refinished but didn't have TWO WEEKS to have a construction zone in our home. We tried floor RESURFACING with Citrus clean and we are sooooo glad we did! Not only do the floors looks absolutely beautiful and feel brand new the floors were completed in 2 days and for a FRACTION of the cost of getting them refinished! The pics don't even do it justice the feel and freshness (smell and look) is umatched!! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly I will be using them again and referring!

Excellent Floor Care Services – Highly Recommend!

We recently used Citrus Fresh services for tile cleaning, same-day hardwood floor refinishing, and wax removal from the hardwood floors, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and detail-oriented.

The same-day hardwood refinishing was a game-changer; they transformed my high traffic floors in just a few hours, with no odors or mess (no dust!!). It's crazy how good they look and feel. The wax removal was something I was really worried about and the build up is gone. We opted for a matte finish, but they offered several different finishes. The tile cleaning left my bathroom floors looking brand new.

I highly recommend Citrus Fresh and I'll definitely be using their services again!

Starting with the communication skills, then the professionalism shown while doing the cleaning, the thorough and conscientious work, I am very pleased with the company and with Miles. Polite, professional and great work ethics. My sofa and my carpet smell delish and are very clean to boot. That solution works… I have a white sofa, it turned out beautifully.

I booked online last night after hours after my roommate’s cats decided to act out and “do their business” on my sectional. They’ve been doing this for the past week and after using an entire liter bottle of Natures Miracle and white vinegar to no avail I was willing to invest in professional cleaning. Miles called me before 8am (my arrival window was 8-10) to let me know he was on his way. He was on time and courteous and wasted no time in getting right to work. He even gave me a courtesy bottle of spot remover! I did the protector and deodorizing add ons bc I definitely needed it. I have had this sectional for almost a decade and it’s sentimental to me and (until recently) was in fantastic shape for a couch I bought off fb marketplace, so it’s pretty important to me in a sentimental way. Also the “citrus” is no joke and now my living room smells awesome! Also, the price for the job was reasonable compared to other cleaners in the area. Will def be using these guys again for other projects should the need arise.

Excellent service for a great price ! Great option to save money when you move and need to clean your carpet ! The complex company offered a cleaning fee more expensive. Luckily I found Xceed and they did a great job !
