Marlon did an amazing job on my carpet. This is his second time here and he doesn’t not disappoint. Carpet smell and look amazing!

Absolutely the best carpet cleaning service we have ever had! Cam was extremely professional, informative, friendly, and an incredibly hard worker. He was meticulous and our carpets look as good as new. My call yesterday to book the service was easy, welcoming, and everything I was told to expect was exactly how it went. No upcharges, no surprises, no excuses. Communication was excellent from phone calls, to working with Cam, and finally with emailed receipts. it was quick and straightforward to make the payment. I highly recommend and hope that this company gets all the business they deserve.

This was our first time using this company and we were absolutely blown away with the result! It only took 30 minutes and you couldn’t even tell we had pets in the apartment, looked brand new and smelled so good. Our technician Romulus was very friendly and kind and efficient! Will definitely be using this company for any future cleanings.

They use a citrus scented cleaner and the whole house smells great.

I am obsessed with their service ! We have 3 dogs, 1 cat & 2 kids so that being said our carpet has been a mess since we moved in a year ago but Citrus service was soooo amazing ! It looked so good and smelled like citrus ! Our technician Tony arrived on time; he also let me know he was on his way and what the ETA was, when he arrived he did a walk through then got his tools. We stayed out of his way so he can do his thing. I was expecting to pay 500$+ for him to clean the kids bedrooms (2), their closets, the hallway, the dining room and the living room but it was cheaper than I expected. He didn’t clean my bedroom but I asked if he can vacuum my room and he did it no problem ! He was very calmed mannered, very patience and relaxed which made the experience a whole lot better !! So I gave him a nice tip as well, it was well deserved!!

I paid with my debit card using the little card swiping machine he had, and there’s a tipping option when you pay!

So all that being said I will be calling them every 6 months ! Highly recommend!

My cat had a UTI and stress that caused him to mark my carpet repeatedly, so I booked Citrus Fresh for their advanced pet treatment. There was a mix-up the first time and they did the basic pet treatment. But they came back, did the advanced (deeper) enzyme treatment I had originally booked, and refunded me for the hassle, which I really appreciated. Both times the techs were pleasant and efficient. I also appreciated that, prior to treatment, they used a black light to thoroughly assess the problem.

One thing to know is that the smell can actually get worse for a few days after deep enzyme cleaning (which really surprised me!). Keeping the windows closed at first, then airing out, running two air purifiers on turbo, and vacuuming thoroughly really helped. Vacuuming is so important because it lifts leftover VOC particles that cause “ghost smell” even after enzyme treatment. I also used an odor powder (Rocco & Roxie) over the carpet, left it for 24 hours, then vacuumed again. Blocking off the area with aluminum foil and barriers helped stop my cat from re-marking the same spots too.

In the end, Citrus Fresh helped me save my carpet. I’d recommend them — just know to stick with it, ask for the advanced treatment and be patient if you have a tough pet mess like mine!

Rodney, our technician, was amazing and went above and beyond. He was extremely professional and very accommodating. He was also able to remove all the stains from our couch.

They lied. I waited for our appointment yesterday, and the operator just told me to disregard it and wanted to reschedule just like that. There was no accountability. I will never book with them again.

I thought that I would have to replace the carpet in my rental because it was so nasty. I heard about Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning Service. Owners Megan and Anthony personally came out to look at my carpet. They felt confident that the stains would come out using their products and system. They sent their tech Tyler to do the job. He was very polite, communicative and knew what he needed to do to get the carpet clean and smelling fresh again. The tenant smoked without my knowledge. I had the air ducts cleaned, painted all the walls and yet you could still smell a remnant of smoke in the unit, until Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning cleaned my carpet. Now the unit is smoke free again and smelling fresh. Tyler used a spot cleaner that dissolved organic matter i.e. (pet, human, urine or vomit) from the carpet right before your eyes. I trust this company and will use them again to clean my personal carpets. Tyler also finished the job with an Organic Green carpet protectant to guard against future stains. Thank You Megan Anthony and Tyler for saving me from having to buy new carpet. Also, thank you Bonnie (Scheduler) for a post cleaning call to make sure I was happy with their service.
Give them a try, I don't think you will regret it. I know I don't.

I called to book an appointment and they were able to accommodate me same day!! Tyler was super nice! The cleaning did not take long and results were great! Not to mention my place smells amazing!

The worst experience! I attempted to make an appointment with the company and I had an 8-11am appointment. I got an email confirming the appointment also. When no one showed up, I called around 10:30am and spoke to Gabriel who quickly stated “yes someone will be arriving and calling you shortly”. That never happened. I had to call several times over and over after that before finally getting someone else back on the line. Of course it was Gabby again. She then said “oh I don’t have you scheduled until 10-1pm” which this is incorrect. That appointment was cancelled and I even have an email stating so. She then says well I call everyone the day before to confirm appointments. Welp a confirmation phone call the day before also didn’t happened or there wouldn’t have been a mix up on their end regarding my appointment time. Therefore no one ever showed up for the appointment and this was an huge inconvenience as I scheduled this a week in advance to be sure my carpets were cleaned before an up coming event. Their lack of communication and not showing up during the appointment time was absolutely unprofessional and they weren’t even willing to accommodate the appointment for their mistake.

Cameron was fantastic. My only regret is not doing a before/after of how the side of this sofa looked. He was on time, courteous, and did a fabulous job getting some staining out of this white sofa. Would absolutely recommend Citrus Fresh to anyone with upholstery needs!

They did a great job cleaning our carpets and getting out tough stains from pets and kids! The person that did the cleaning was very thorough, polite, and determined to provide the best service. Will definitely use again.

Booked at 10:30pm last night and Reggie was here at 8:10am this morning! It was great that he arrived at the beginning of the two hour window. Carpets are looking great now and the house smells great! As a courtesy, he also helped me clean some spots out of my truck. Will definitely use them on our next cleaning. Reggie was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

This was my first time using citrus carpet cleaning services. I highly recommend them! We had some serious pet stains that they were able to remove. Miles was our technician. He kept in touch with me regarding his arrival time. He was so easy to work with, friendly and courteous. I will be using their services again and requesting Miles! Job well done!

No joke. Excellent job. They came right on time. Finished the job quickly. My carpet was amazingly clean. I did not think it could get so clean. Steve I believe his name is did a phenomenal job!!! Very reasonably priced.
