every time i need something its a special order and they are only open half a day saturday and closed sunday. ive gotten so in the habit of having to go somewhere else thats just what i do to begin with and save the time i would have wasted coming here.

I had a tricky situation trying to attach a hand-held shower to my tub. I needed an irregular-sized adaptor. One of Ferguson's employees, named Lamecco, could not have been more helpful. He spent a lot of time hunting down what I needed, even though I spent no money with Ferguson at all (he directed me to a website for another company). Lamecco was always professional, prompt and friendly.

I was only purchasing a small part to fix my bathroom so this was not a commercial scale experience. That being said the staff was very friendly and knowledgable and got me the right piece in a timely fashion. All I could ask for as a buyer.

I came in today looking for a part for a clawfoot tub that I’m restoring. They did not have what I needed but Mike helped me find what I needed on Amazon. The extra effort to help me really made my day!! Even though I didn’t buy anything today, I will absolutely be back for my other plumbing needs. Big shoutout to Mike!!

I am grateful. This place saved me hundreds. I went to HD, Loews and Ace and couldn’t find the stem I was looking for. Fortunately, Ace suggested I stop here. And, bam, they had the stem that I was looking for. Simple to change and works flawlessly. Great service, friendly staff and affordable prices.

I have had two bad experiences with Ferguson. I placed two ~$10,000 orders for copper piping. I called into a branch asked for a quote and asked how long a notice they needed before to get the product to site. They told me that they can easily do next day delivery. I place the order for next day delivery and he responded that his branch could not do that and I needed to call a different branch. So I called the other branch and they raised the price on me $500. I begrudgingly placed the order because I was in a time crunch and needed the product on site. I asked them for a delivery time frame and I was told between 8am-12pm. The driver got there at 1:30pm and was belligerent with my onsite foreman. The next day when we had time to go through our material we found that they did not deliver all of the material that I ordered. For the second project I had, I did some research but could not find a competitor to ferguson to buy copper piping from in large quantities relatively quickly. I had to ask the representative a half dozen times for the quote. It is clear to me that Ferguson does not appreciate my business so I will be bringing it elsewhere in the future.

Quinten was very helpful even with the busy load he handles. The front counter staff are very personable and friendly. I concur with the positive rating. Customer Service is part of its charm.

If there's any hope of finding any plumbing parts, you're most likely to find it here—or find a lead on where to go or what to do next. Super hole in wall place that I found after talking with a rep at their showroom store in Buckhead. Customer service is pretty nice, definite southern hospitality vibe.

I went store to store on a quest and finally landed at Ferguson to find people to listen to the main problem I had and came to a closure on what was possible.

Wished there was more signage or marketing.

I think it would help to have a dedicated consultant to answer questions. Everyone wears hats there and the place can get busy. With a consultant I think it'll make things more efficient with getting people in/out.

I had to find a special part, and I couldn’t find it at the big chain stores. I went by Ferguson hoping to find it, and Mr. Al Powell was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time helping me, and I couldn’t be more grateful. This is customer service at its finest, and I’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful experience here, picked up a water heater gas control valve for a 5+ year old Honeywell tank. Staff was very knowledgeable. Prices were ~20% higher than online and they do not price match but the convenience was worthwhile.

Expert service. Had a complicated problem I couldn’t figure out and neither could a hardware store. Within a few minutes they had discussed my needs, figured out what would work, told me what to buy and checked me out.

Today I had a stock availability issue at Ferguson in Atlanta today. Long story short I was able to talk to my salesman (Meko) and upper management (Paul) and they made me feel comfortable that they woukd have what I needed when I needed in the future. Thank you for all your heard work.
