I hire one of there techs to go to my homes to Install a brand new Ac unit in and out and paid the tech up front . It has been 2 weeks and still the job not done. Company say it’s nothing they can do. I call and text the tech, all he do when he answer is lie… At this point we have started the process to report everyone as a scam, contact police and BBB. All we want is our money back for the outside unit that we didn’t get.

I have worked with a lot of plumbing companies in the past, but this one is by far the worst. Unfortunately for my community, we have no choice in plumbing services as this was the go-to plumbers from the HOA (this will be changing soon). Their office manager, Amy, misinformed us of when the plumber would arrive to fix the plumbing issue. I took a day off of work and waited to the plumber to arrive in the morning, only to find out at noon that the plumber had been rescheduled to more "priority" clients and that he would not arrive until 2pm. I had to call my HOA manager to have him reach out to this company as they refused to answer or return my phone calls. This was after I had already scheduled with her to have a plumber arrive 3 days prior. She spent more time on the phone telling me how fraudulent other plumbing companies instead of working on building the trust and integrity of her own. Plumbers are numerous in the Atlanta area. I would recommend anyone looking for honest and on-time plumbing services to look elsewhere.

I had a major Runaway Water Heater experience this week. I called my regular plumber for Emergency Service….after 3 hours they still hadn’t arrived….I figured out how to turn off this appliance which had caused water damage to three neighbors’s units…Mattus is our association’s plumber and I got to know them when on the Board. A Mattus plumber arrived and, after all water was turned off, proceeded to look for the broken pipe caused by the water heater’s force. We had a personal dispute…..the next day a different plumber arrived and discovered the broken pipe and, after much creative thinking, figured out how to repair the pipe without damage to my tile shower. He worked extremely hard and maintained his sense of humor.HOWEVER, almost 3 weeks later and he has yet to return and finish the installation with regards to my hot water in kitchen sink. Mattus promised to follow up, the phone number the plumber gave me is never answered as the answering machine just rings and rings. I have found another plumber on Google, seems to be legitimate!

Excellent service! Residential replacement water heater installed within 24 hours. Hans and everyone involved did a fantastic job. I have used them in commercial work with the same great results. Superior customer service. Highly recommend!

Horrible company. Must only stayed in business so long because they insist on getting your credit card info up front. Asked then to do 3 small non-emergency jobs. Totally messed up their set appointment time (by 2 whole days of errors) and then showed up 2 hours before they promised on the 3rd day. Told my wife they wouldn't do any of the jobs and when I called afterward, they told me they were charging $95 for "consultation". There was no consultation - they wouldn't do the work and left. Amy was very rude over the phone when I objected. Basically said they don't care. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

After several visits from other companies and the problem made worse, Johnny came from Mattus and took care of the issue. He was knowledgeable of our complex, patient, and explained the problem with expertise. He also advised purchasing an inexpensive water leak detector for assurance.
