It was a very good experience working with Sam from Norwood plumbing. I contacted them over a holiday and a weekend and I was able to get someone out to my home by Monday for the work I needed done which was fine. Sam came in looked at everything in matter of minutes he told me what I needed do be done and gave me my quote which was reasonable. I agreed and he went and got the materials and my toilets were up in running in no time.
I will definitely use Norwood plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

Had a great experience with A & R Plumbing. They responded quickly, were very professional, and fixed the problem efficiently. Fair pricing and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Mattus Company has fixed plumbing repairs for me twice and the were efficient very knowledgeable.. Will call again for any plumbing problem.

They worked on my neighbors unit. Mine is now completely broke. Same day. Coincidence? Cap was removed and freon valve missing. Not something that just happens. 6k in the hole......

Really nice to find courteous, prompt and expert service right here in Atlnata. Maybe I am old school and kind of expect that, but many times it isn't what you get. Mattus was polite, prompt and solved a very difficult plumbing problem. I would certainly call them again. Thank you Mattus!

The group that schedules service appointments is very professional. Our plumbers Dave and Hon did amazing work at my house and I can tell that they are quite knowledgeable.

Undisclosed and exorbitant charges that surprised my credit card account over 30 days later. Unreasonable and defensive staff.
Plumber was friendly and effective, but can't stomach awarding a second star.

We had our entire HVAC system replaced by Mattus Company. The technicians were great. They were very knowledgeable and respectful, which is important when they are spending six hours in your home! I would definitely use Mattus Co again

We have used Mattus dozens of times over the past ten years; not only for plumbing, but also HVAC and electrical work. They have always done quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend and would not go anywhere else!

Called for emergency service as I couldn't get my water off.

Before they called me back to tell me when they were going to come gave my info. To a company to help "dry out" since they knew I had a link. That company called back first.

Then they called back, and said if I wanted someone to come they needed my credit card info. I reaponded with "when will you be here" they responded with give us your cc info. First.

Absolutely the worst customer service. We scheduled for a A/C service a month ago, never showed up. I called and was told it was too cold and was still on the schedule.

Called back, they couldn't remember who I was. After reminding them about the missed service, the receptionist decided to ask for a credit card and after taking the information she had the wrong address, wrong telephone number.

They don't deserve a one star rating.

Simple faucet replacement. Plumber was unprofessional and not prepared to replace the faucet. A second plumber had to come in and assist and the second plumber did not wear a mask. Front office takes CC info before any services are performed, then charges your account without even informing what that the charges will be. Plumber leaves premises without providing a detailed invoice of what was done and what the charge will be.
