PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I typically don't like to write reviews, but this experience has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I wanted to warn others.

At 1:00pm - I called ProXpress in an emergency as my sewer line was leaking buckets. Was told a plumber would be out to help me within a 4-hour window.
Between 2-6pm - I received *several* phone calls to "reassure" me that my plumber was on the way. 1 of which cancelled completely and would be replaced by the "soonest available" team member.
Almost 7:00pm - The plumbing technician finally shows up and tries to charge me $800 for the service. I denied service and was told it would be double the diagnosis fee for being "after hours" (again, I called for my claim around 1 in the afternoon).

After 6 hours of waiting and a frustrating diagnosis that I discerned on my own, I am now on my third plumber of the day... whom I should have called from the beginning.

I recently had a sewer line issue and contacted Atlanta Plumbing for assistance. Their team responded quickly and arrived at my property promptly. They conducted a thorough inspection, provided clear explanations of the problem, and offered viable solutions. Their professionalism and expertise were impressive. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

From our initial contact all the way through to the final inspection, Atlanta Plumbing was outstanding. great at working around my hectic schedule. I enjoyed having Steve around my house since he was helpful and pleasant. I will prioritize it if I ever experience plumbing issues again.

The service tech did fixed the toilet; however, he wouldn’t give us a warranty on the part he replaced because he said the water pressure was too high. We didn’t have him come to check the water pressure; we wanted him to repair the toilet. Then he wanted to change out the Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) for $700. He wanted additional signatures to say that his service was great.
I normally don’t write negativity about anyone or anything but his character and his ethics caused me to give him a 2-star.

Professional and affordable!

My experience with them was absolutely horrible. They redid our plumbing a couple years ago and left a patch in the middle of our front yard. Now ! Our plumbimg is leaking from the outside and water is running down our driveway and smells horrible. Please do not use them , warning you now.

The plumber did an excellent job replacing three toliets in my house. He explained what was needed for the job. The pros and cons of different types of parts.
