Terrible plumber!!!! Hired this plumber to remove all of my galvanized pipes and cast iron drains. When he said he was done my main drain line into the home was still cast iron and he refused to remove it unless I paid more when that was the original agreement. He also left all of my water lines inoperable. The plumbing he installed in my bathrooms leaked and wasn’t secure. In the process of replacing my water lines he disconnected the outside water spigot from the rest of the water lines so they no longer worked when he left. When confronted with the bad quality of his work he just claims he has 30 years experience so he knows best and pretty much refuses to fix his bad work. He claims his work comes backed by a year warranty but once he’s taken advantage of the situation he no longer answers the phone. He also didn’t clean up after hisself during the job and left old galvanized pipes all over my basement when I specifically ordered a dumpster for him to dispose of the old pipe. Even worse he told me the work would take 2 weeks but it ended up taking a month and a half for him to take my money become unresponsive and do a terrible job. He also only works for maybe a hour or 2 because there’s always some woman with him waiting in the car or all in your property watching him work. In a lot of his bad reviews he claims to have never worked for that person but I can assure you this is bad business on his part. His name is Andre and I wouldn’t advise anyone to ever use him for even the smallest of jobs. Also be mindful that all of the pictures associated with this review is after he claimed to be done with everything.

Their horrible tried to may like they fixed my main pipe line just a scam ran off with my money don't do it.

Called this place 2x and left messages-no one ever returned my call. Guess they have enough money and don't need any more business. I certainly won't call back a 3rd time. I'll take my business to someone who can at the very least return a call.

I had norwood plumbing replace my standard tub with a larger hot tub. They did a great job.

I had a bathroom added to my basement. Norwood Plumbing came in and ran all of the piping and draining systems. Now my bathroom is complete and everything works perfectly.

I was amazed at the job the plumbers did when they came in and install my toilet. The installation was fast and there was hardly no clean up on my part at all. They did an awesome job and I would recommend this company to anyone that may need their service.

I've read through the reviews and some explained they had challenges getting through. Unfortunately, I've been calling all morning and am yet to get a live person. I would recommend investing in a part-time person that can take calls to set up appointments. We live in a fast paced world where we just don't have time to leave a message and hope someone gets back. Not being able to get a hold of a live person could be costing more than hiring a part-time person to answer calls. Just a thought.
