this guy used to be great. I used his service for three years. now i think he got new customers and he doesn't care. he messed up my pond during my annual cleaning. water does not flow. when I asked to fix it they said it was never flowing. now I have to call someone else.

They started out doing a good job, but things declined after the older brother handed the work over to the younger one. Since then, there has been a lot of turnover, and the quality has dropped significantly. There have been multiple instances where items were damaged or broken without any communication. On top of that, prices continue to increase under the explanation of “inflation,” yet they are using my water, electricity, hose, and even fish food during service. At this point, the pricing does not match the level of service being provided. I would expect better communication, accountability, and consistency for the cost.
