A sudden storm with heavy rain and gusty wind uprooted a big tree with two trunks in my backyard by the lake leaning towards the house on Saturday 6/27/20. I happened to receive a letter from TreeXpert indicating that they will be working in the neighborhood in the next few days, I called right away and their consulting arborist Eddie Berdis showed up in thirty minutes or so. I accepted the $3600 quote for the emergency service to take down and remove the damaged tree, and he immediately have his crew come and secured the tree to prevent it from falling and promiseD to take care of it either the next day, Sunday or coming Monday. I called Sunday to ask if they are coming to do the job and was told that their chipper truck broke down and they are waiting the parts to have it fixed and will keep me posted!
A crew of six showed up Tuesday 6/30 early morning and started working, they took down the tree and help clean up other trees around house, it was almost 5 pm when all done!
Since this 40-50 feet tree is very near the house, and it was uprooted already, I was awed by the crew’s professionalisms.
I’m happy and satisfied with their excellent job and would recommend them without any reservations!

Six men hit the ground running at 9 AM - (start time promised) - very efficient and professional. They put the chips where we asked and removed the logs too big to handle. Their tree climber was a pleasure to watch - his efficiency and precision cutting contributed to the safety of the entire crew. Would definitely call them again!

Within the last few days TreeXpert employees removed several large trees from our backyard. It was surprising how easily and efficiently the work was done in spite of some intervals of rainy weather.

The work was completed in a relatively short time leaving the yard clean and neat. Very impressive.

Jacob quoted us quickly and simply. Very fun personality, great energy, expert advice. Competitive price. Permits were facilitated very quickly (24 hours) with Sandy Springs. The crew showed up as scheduled. We had a big residential job (7+ trees removed and ivy cut backs and limb work) that took about 6 hours. They worked very hard and had all the right equipment. It was exciting and interesting to watch. Like a well oiled machine anticipating needs and being very aware of this environment. At times it was a bit like Cirque du Soleil! Very professional and cleaned up nicely after they finished. Easy and seamless. Even got a stump grinder out the same day! Impressive. Highly recommend. Ready to start our backyard makeover now.
