I had one tree removed and several trees trimmed. The crew worked very hard, fast and efficient. Very friendly group of guys. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for tree trimming and removal! My yard looks 100 times better!! They also clean everything up and leave the yard with all of the stuff they cut. Perfect job!!!

GT Tree Experts and their guys did a phenomenal job removing a 40+ foot pine tree that was encroaching the front corner of my house. I was concerned because it was less than a foot from my home. They handled the process professionally and completed the work in a few hours including grinding the stump and removing the tree. They came same day, following a job at my neighbors house and provided a fair estimate on the spot. I definitely recommend.

I received Joshua Jarvis' information through the city of Alpharetta's preferred Arborist's list as we wanted to have our 2 large oak trees inspected for their health. I didn't want just any tree service to come out and start pruning the trees and potentially harm them, so having a certified arborist doing the work was a no brainer. Joshua, Joe and their team are incredibly knowledgeable, polite and very detail-oriented. They clean up after themselves and make sure the client is happy before departing the job site. My initial experience with Jarvis Tree Services was not a pleasant one at all. I won’t go into all the details, but I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of communication, the job that was performed without my permission, and how I was treated by the office manager.

After posting my experience, I quickly received a call from a nice lady named Amy who started off apologizing for my negative experience. She then asked me to tell her everything that happened. Amy listened and she took action. She promptly got in touch with the owner of Jarvis Tree Services, Joe. I received a a call from Joe, who was also very apologetic and asked if he could have another opportunity to come back out to speak with me and perform the requested services again.

Joe came out with his team and he made sure that his team understood what I wanted done. He took his time to make sure everyone was in place and the crew did everything that I needed done.

I’d like to thank Joe and Amy for turning a bad situation into a pleasant experience for me. They both showed that they really care about their customers and want to ensure client satisfaction. I will definitely use Jarvis Tree Services in the future and I’ll recommend my friends and family.

Highly recommend Jarvis tree experts. They trim and prune the trees in our yard , annually. In addition, I am on their monthly plan to nourish and care for the trees. Our ornamental trees are so healthy! I appreciate that their trees experts have taken charge of our yard. I trust them!!

These guys are fantastic! They helped get our small business up and running with construction, permitting and inspections. Their whole team was super helpful and friendly and took the time to clearly explain timelines and expectations. They are very knowledgeable in general contracting, great communication and just on-the-ball! I plan to use them again in the future and highly recommend their services.
