David took my deposit and came the following day and showed out! This young brother exceeded expectations and gave exceptional professionalism through and through. It’s rare to see a young black man handling a group of men the way that he performed and cut all these trees around my property before noon before noon! Two thumbs up 10 more stars for the best tree service in the land.

I called Discount Professional Tree Service to give me an estimate to remove a large pine tree and a couple others. I'm not familiar with trees so David came out the next day and gave me an estimate. He knew I was in a time crunch to have the tree removed because I was having a fence installed. David was able to have the tree removed the next day!! Amazing fast service. The crew did a great job as well. Very efficient and cleaned up all the debris. The office did a great job too with the scheduling. I will definitely use them again.

This company is amazing. They came out a did a quote and set up a day of my choosing to start the work. They were on time the day of service and kept me informed on new finds and the progress that was being done. The work took about 2 days(1 full day and 2 half days). Everyone was professional and willing to work as safely as possible. They even work with me on paying for the service. I love how clean they left my yard and how well they stayed professional during their breaks. I will most definitely use them again when I take down the rest of my trees and stumps. Please please consider using them they will not let you down.

JOB STILL NOT COMPLETED, David began work on May 9th and since has not returned phone calls, voice mails, or text messages. I have called from family members numbers and he answered and explained he is working on other projects and is currently unable to complete mine although 90% was paid for up front. I am deeply disappointed in the appearance of my yard and the companies lack of professionalism and communication. Pictures attached are current and up to date.

Paid for 1/3 cord (4' x 8' stack) of firewood, but received about 20% of that.

Delivered while I wasn’t home, then tried to upsell my wife for the “extra” wood still on the truck. When I complained, Dave promised twice to come back and make it right. Never showed either time. Then stopped responding entirely.

At this point, it feels less like a mistake and more like a business model. I would not recommend.

Excellent service, was a little worried due to the reviews but better than expected 🫶 the price was reasonable for the amazing work!

I was given a price at drop off & a different one at pick up, reason they gave was that that piece was considered a "winter jacket" instead of a "regular jacket" other than that service was good.

This is absolutely hands down the worst cleaners ever. DO NOT go here if you want excellent customer service and you want your clothes stain free. This cleaners messed up a $300 pair of J Crew Collection pants and the only thing the owner could do was give me the clothes that I had cleaned free. He was not willing to reimburse me for at least half the cost of pants. When I dropped the clothes off, my pants were stain free. The clothes were suppose to be ready on Monday, but because they were faded red stains on my pants due to them washing them iwith colors, I was not able to pick them until Thursday. They had four days to correct THEIR error. When I pick up the pants on Thursday there are faded red stains ALL OVER the front of my pants. I stayed there for 15 minutes arguing with the manager/owner. The only thing this $&&hole could do was to give me my clothes free. He is a jerk!!!! The worst customer service ever!!!!! We will not be taking our clothes back here.

I have been a loyal customer for over ten years without major issues. The woman working in the front for years was very friendly but today was my last day patronizing this cleaners. Service is very important to me and the people In the front aren’t quite as warm as they had been for years. The icing on the cake was them closing ten minutes early and unwilling to open the doors after I drove over 30 minutes to this location. The quality of cleaning has always been pretty good and the prices are very reasonably which is why I was willing to drive so far out for service.

They know me by name and greet me warmly. They do a wonderful job with my dry cleaning and alterations. I recommend them!

Very quick response. Was able to come out the next day. Cleaned carpet on three flights of stairs. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend.
