H e did an excellent job on my frayed carpet in my foyer. Angie list sent someone and they said I had to replace my carpet. The Good Guy fixed it. NO PROBLEM. IM APPRECIATIVE.

Wish I could post before and after pictures. We cat-sat daughter's cat, who clawed a big stinking hole under a door in the carpet around the door frame, complete with a small "nest" of sproinged carpet threads. This, as we were planning to put the house on the market. Cue lots tears, much gnashing of teeth, and threats to said cat. of what would happen if I had to recarpet the room. Happily, total waste of a hissy fit, because Dante came out, patched up the hole. Darned if we can't even see where it was any more. Hats off to Dante, and the cat, in particular, owes him a GREAT big thank you. Dante was very pleasant and friendly, and very professional. Would 1,000% use his service again. Although, if that happens, cat goes on a one way ride the next time.

I Was pleased by the good reviews. They did a beautiful repair, got all the pet stains out, and the cleaning was the best cleaning I've had out of 4 companies. Will use them again and telling my friends.

Really great experience works like magic seeing all the stains come the carpet they way it did. Dante came in and quick and efficient, leaving everyone at my house with a smile and also made the drying process a lot quicker.

Did a great job cleaning our carpets. Highly recommended. They do carpet repair in Atlanta and cleaning. I would use them for both.

Had my carpet cleaned this week by this company.

Pros:
-Very nice person, good attitude, professional
-Promptly showed up when he said he would
-Carpet looked much cleaner after work was done
-Work was done quickly

Cons:
-Drove van on my front lawn. Trying to sell my house and now there are tire tracks in my front yard.
-Didn't automatically clean the master closet along with the master bedroom cleaning. *In his defense, he offered to do it but he was already packing up so I didn't insist.

***If it wasn't for the lawn incident, he would get 5 stars.
All in all, I'm satisfied with service and would use him again for carpet cleaning/repair needs.

I had another company clean my carpet 3 times prior to Good Guy Carpet and I can tell you after just one cleaning you can tell the huge difference. The so called spots that can never come as good as new according to those guys, Fred from Good Guy got it out in one cleaning. I am thrilled and will NEVER use another company again

Had then come to clean up a carpet edge after hardwoods were installed adjacent to the carpet. They did a phenomenal job, and were friendly and professional. I would absolutely call them again.

Dante and his helped me put my basement back together after a water heater leak. He replaced the torn out carpet pad, re-seamed some transitions and tucked everything back into place. As a final step, he cleaned the carpet so it looks almost good as new. He was straightforward and friendly throughout the process and I would recommend him again."

I called the owner on Mother's Day at 10:30 at night. He answered the phone and made me an appointment immediately. I wasted PRINTER INK on my carpet, and now my carpet is spotless. They were so friendly and nice. This has to be one of the best customer service experience I have ever had. We will definitely be using them again for all of our floor needs.

Very detailed and thorough with his work.The carpet patch worked perfectly, and the seams are totally invisible. He even cleaned a secondary runner carpet free of charge.Highly recommend Dante over any big company.

This is one of the best service businesses that I’ve worked with in a long time. I was initially attracted to them because they offer green services and I am in the process of transitioning to using products and services that are more eco-friendly. I was immediately impressed (in the beginning) when they provided me with a written estimate and contract, detailing everything that we discussed and everything that I wanted. Dante and his staff are very professional and conscientious. I appreciate the time they took to understand my needs and concerns. When it came time to do the work, they were on time and went right to work. I had some high-traffic areas that were in need of some loving care and now, they almost look like new. I will definitely hire Good Guy Carpets again for all of my carpet cleaning needs.

Very happy with Mr Big and his service. Will only be using Good Guy Carpet from now on. I did not even realize how dirty my carpets really was until I got them professionally done by him. I only did it too because I wanted to get out one stain and decided to just do the entire place.Quick service and great results and not to mention the pricing.

Dante did great on time quick and professional. Made carpet look like new he using the best solutions same these big companies for a even fairly good price. I was scared getting a new carpet technician but I’ll be using good guy carpet for years to come.

Absolutely amazing! The job was worse than I knew about, but Dante handled it well and sent pictures through the process. From scheduling the service to him calling upon arrival, this company definitely has great customer service, not to mention they do an excellent job at cleaning the worst of carpets!
