Bad company to work for some more races and some are just plain out rude

The only place known for charging $600. to their employees, no benefits. after 20 months of service. Ridiculous.

Very poor service. They promise but never deliver at all and then blame the client.

Very unorganized and unprofessional. People think that they can treat you any kind of way. Avoid this company at all cost!

This place is absolutely terrible I was there for 6 months busting my ass doing spray tech and fertilizing I was almost ran over twice cussed out by three people because the spray hose was touching the tires or even got close to their vehicles they charge you 300$ in uniform fees and they not even brand new I went one day to the trash it was a whole closet full just being thrown away so what are the employees paying for I also caught pneumonia I was never checked on once and was also fired while I was sick not to my face I had to call and find out very disrespectful all because my card was declined at the hospital I had to drive sick on meds and get my check to be seen and also the last property I was on the fed ex off of south Cobb the manger told me his maintenance was never up to date and I was the first person he seen in 2 months and he told me I did an amazing job but my manager said there was no way I was at the property and fired me because of that so he say the employees there are cool and I really enjoyed my experience the president seemed nice but how some of them managers treat they employees is not right and even osha says u shouldn’t be charging employees for uniform after a certain amount of time bad mangers and taxing employees is on here multiple times something should be done about this I said it when I was there something just ain’t right

I've worked with Highgrove a number of years. They are very knowledgeable, professional and the pictures of landscape designs are awesome and detailed. Great crew and Ryan Traeger is so responsive.

Some employee is driving their trucks through downtown like a drunken maniac. Probably running late, not a sign of good time management or a good idea with your logo all over the vehicle.

Caught workers dumping old trash and clippings on our property behind our building. Called the account manager and was told that we would have to wait a week to get the trash removed. Would not provide the number to the VP. I will be canceling our contract. This was the worst landscaping company I have ever dealt with.

Greatest place in the world to do business with, they are definitely the experts! Any kind of lawn, trees, flowers , service you need, just name it, they will help you with it. They are the nicest people we've ever met, they treat you like family.

I'm a warehouse manager in Forest Park and I just caught High Grove illegally dumping their trimmings, leaves, and sticks into our dumpster. I've noticed this stuff being put in our dumpster previously but hadn't caught them till now. I used to work for a landscaping business and I would have to stop in the middle of my route to go to the dump to dispose of what we collected. I understand you have to stop your truck route and that puts you behind schedule but if you're not paying for that dumpster you shouldn't be dumping. The two Hispanic gentlemen also kept acting like they didn't speak English and would only speak Spanish. Last time I checked you needed to be proficient in reading and writing the English language in order to have a valid drivers license. Watch your trash folks before dirt or other contents are put in it and then you're charged more than you're expecting.

Completely inconsiderate of the people around their workspace. Almost hit multiple cars with their lawnmowers & got everyone’s car dirty who was waiting in the line at Starbucks. Definitely do not recommend hiring for your commercial property as it left a lot of people upset and complaining.

Worst landscaping company I've ever come into contact with. Their workers not only don't know how to trim hedges and small trees without direction, they are too lazy to pick up the trimmings. Instead they blow all of the rocks, leaves, branches into the parking lot and then into all of the parked vehicles and adjacent lawn. When you ask them to stop they ignore you. I called their main office twice and they did NOTHING. DO NOT RECOMMEND. My 5 years grandson can do a better job than these people!

Highgrove commercial service quality is poor. Don't expect to receive what's in your contract. They don't spray the turf, they don't cut weekly, they don't prune regularly, and their crews have no inclination to pull weeds. Property management does not visit the sites so there are no checks and balances. Worst landscape company I have used in my professional career. recommendation....... use a local small company!

Their work looks half down all the time. They don’t clean up after themselves. Our company switched from Chatham to them and the quality in service is way noticeable. Only dedicating two hours a day to our property so some stuff always looks a mess. They cut part of the property or trim some of the bushes some areas have gone unchecked for weeks. I would not recommend them.

Good customer service, this company does our businesses landscaping and we felt it would be better to come before 10am when the shopping mall stores opens to keep dust off the cars and an empty lot makes it easier for them to clean and blow after cutting grass. I had called them, rather than go through our owner and make a complaint to the building owner who hires them. They still treated me as if I was the customer paying for the services and are changing their schedule. Good business sense. Thanks!

THIS COMPANY ROUTINELY SENDS CREWS INTO A CITY WITH A NOISE CODE ORDINANCE BEFORE 6 AM. I CLOCKED THE DECIBELS LESS THAN 100 FT FROM MY HOME AND THEY WERE IN EXCESS OF 200 DB. IF YOU CALL THE MANAGEMENT, THEY IGNORE CALLS. ALSO, THEY HIRE ILLEGAL WORKERS.

Next time you decide to shred leaves and branches at 6:30 a.m. in front of people’s homes, at least make sure you’re not displaying your company logo. Don’t call these guys unless you want to deal with angry neighbors early in the morning

This company is a trip. My car was damaged by there workers and management refused to contact me. I will be exposed them on every social media and news platform. If I don't receive a call today. I'm serious! Pay for messing up my car!!!!!
