Wade Heating and Air has given us nothing but fabulous and personalized service since we began using them. We've had them replace all three of our old HVAC units over the years, and we've received prompt and professional annual service year after year. Our service person Tim is extremely competent and pleasant. I recommend this company to everyone in my community without hesitation!

Wade Heating and Air installed our HVAC equipment years ago and has provided routine service each year. During a recent scheduled maintenance their technician discovered and addressed wiring damage that could have caused failure this winter. In an earlier visit, the technician addressed a coolant leak and saved us from having to replace the heat exchanger. We could not be more satisfied with their professionalism, knowledge, and integrity.

Wade Heating & Air Conditioning has been servicing our equipment for about 20 years. I wouldn't think of using any other company. They are professional, considerate and fair. Tim was our tech for many years, and now we have Taylor who is also terrific. If anyone is looking for a reliable company I would highly recommend Wade Heating & Air.

Wade installed my A/C and furnace back in 2006. They are a quality and trustworthy company that I have recommended to others. Tim comes out twice a year (he is always on time and courteous) for the maintenance and he always does a great job.

They put the long term relationship with the customer first and do things to keep the costs fair and reasonable. Jim Orr in particular is very friendly and skilled at troubleshooting and resolving issues. I am glad someone recommended Wade to me many years ago and have nothing but positive things to say.

Recently had our semi-annual preventive maintenance visit from a Wade technician. This was for the Spring tune-up. The technician was courteous and pleasant. He called to let us know he was on his way at the day and time we had scheduled, showed up on time, and worked efficiently. Everything was evaluated and found in good working order.
We have always had a good experience with the Wade people. Highly recommended.

Could not be happier with the team work at Wade ! They installed my system in 2010 and has maintained it every since. Unfortunately for me the AC went out on Monday. A little uncomfortable sleeping that night but made do. Called Debbie at Wade Tuesday morning and the best she could do was first call Thursday BUT would call if they had a cancellation. Well, it happened and she called me early Tuesday afternoon with a cancellation. I was in Atlanta and could not meet Greg (service tech). Now here is where I totally trust these folks. Told them where my spare key was located and the "super hero Greg" let himself in, taking care not to let my dog out, and repaired my system and when I did finally make it home, my house was already cooling down. Greg also called me when finished and filled me in on the problem and the total cost. I called Debbie Wednesday am and paid my bill with pleasure.

We had to have our air conditioner replaced and our furnace was over 20 years old so we decided to replace both units. This happened the Wednesday before the Memorial Day weekend so we thought it might take some time before we could get the work completed. However, Wade had a crew that was willing to work on Saturday so we were able to get our systems replaced. The guys showed up early Saturday morning and in a few hours they had everything up and running smoothly. We have used Wade Heating & Air Conditioning for many years and have found them to be very responsive to what ever our needs might be. I highly recommend them for your heating & air needs!

From the day they installed our heat pump system to now, almost 9 years later, Wade Heating and Air has been nothing but professional and exceptional in their work. We are so happy we chose them over some of the bigger companies in the area. Tim is courteous, on time and patiently explains everything. They have kept our system in perfect running condition. THE only HVAC company to use in Metro Atlanta. Knowledgeable reps & on time service calls is their calling card. Jim consulted with me regarding changing out a board v replacing my system (system is 20 years old) and it made more sense for me to replace the board so he did same day! Communication is important to me & Wade is top notch in my book! Will continue to use them annually and no problem recommending.
