Got a quote immediately and accepted and was informed there was a backlog which is understandable. One month after they told me I would likely be taken care of I am still waiting. I wish I would hear from them to either schedule or to let me know I should move on to find someone else.

We had a massive pine that was split and leaning. They couldn’t get to it right away so they put big straps around the split. Then they got a crew here on a Saturday. That crew turned a day and a half job into half a day. Very impressive. And Arborguard kept us regularly informed.

I had a wonderful experience with Arbogaurd. Kyle was professional, prompt, and responsive. I highly recommend Arbogaurd for your tree needs.

The Arborguard team did an excellent job, removing a tree along our sidewalk, plus trimming back other branches that were getting clone to our home's roof. They positioned their bucket truck in the driveway, to minimize blocking traffic on our street.

This company does not provide free estimates and will charge you a $50 fee just to visit your home. I just needed a tree trimmed, but I didn't want to lose $50 if I was provided with a high estimate after inspection.

Response - You indicated that you have a "large free estimate service area?" Your company is in Avondale Estates, and I live in Decatur, but you are still going to charge me $50? How do you define "large?"

Arborguard is hands down the best in the Metro-Atlanta! They have been practicing arboriculture for over 40 years in ATL. The arborists, crews, management, and office staff truly care about what they do. I would recommend them over any other company for superior customer service. EDITED: I had serious issues with Arborguard's lack of communication after getting a quote. We received a quote in July and repeatedly tried to get scheduled for the work. They were back logged, which is understandable, but there was a communication breakdown and it was September before they talked about scheduling us.
I also had serious payment issues. However, the office staff did work well with me to resolve the payment issues.
In the end, we did not have any services performed, so I cannot speak to the quality of their work.

David the Arborist came and identified trees that were specimen tree size for the city of Johns Creek in order for us to get correct count of trees. He was very professional, kind, on time and very well qualified. We would highly recommend David Dechant to any of our clients, friends and colleagues.

Jeremy was out the very next day to give me a quote for my tree work. Their quote was $200 less than the competitor. The crew was very professional, clearly skilled, and friendly. They cleaned the worksite after and even blew the leaves off my front lawn for me. I appreciated that they offered to leave me some cut logs for firewood! The work caused some inadvertent slight damage to my power line, and the company had a manager out within an hour to assess the situation and then they made sure it was fully fixed without any hassle whatsoever.
