I'm not pleased with the service I received. I still have leak that they told me they would come back and fix. Haven't heard a word.

I was extremely pleased with the job Danny did for me. He fixed my issue quickly and was very fair on the price. He has all my future business.

After failing to show up twice as promised and not returning numerous phone calls I have given up on this guy. It must be nice to be able to ignore commitments to people in need of your services. Hopefully there are other companies in the area who are concerned with how they treat their clients.

Bywater plumbing was extremely courteous, prompt. And professional. He first installed a hot water heater within hours of a phone called. He even took time to deal with our home warranty issues.
Our second time needed a plumber due to a smell coming from our tolet. The flange had been installed wrong when the tile was put in the bathroom. Bywaters arrived within hours of me calling him and had to remove the flange that had been installed wrong by the tile guy along with having to install concrete in the void area of the flange where it meets the sewer .line.
I dont usually recommend people for work. Not that he needs more work as he is swamped but gets a 5 star from me.

This gentleman knows his business and is very professional. He came and unclogged our kitchen drain and replumbed under our sink. It was his anniversary but he did not leave until everything was working. Highly recommend his work.

Mr Bywaters arrived to fix plumbing same day i called all 3 times i used his company. Excellent work at a fair price. We are preparing to use this company again.

He no showed on me 3 times in a row, no call or anything as he just didn't show up, after the third time I was done with him and found another more professional plumber that we plan on using from here on out and will tell our friends and acquaintances about our experience. I wish Mr. Bywaters the best but I didn't deserve to be no showed on multiple times especially after leaving work early to meet him

I had a main sewer stoppage. I called Bywaters Plumbing, and he came within hour after I called him. He was very respectful and fast. His rates were very reasonable. I am one satisficed customer!!!!!

Danny was real kind when talking to. It was a little hard getting him to come out to my house and trying to explain to him where I live. He doesn't use online mapping. So you have to explain, turn by turn.
My 2 biggest complaints,
1. Where he ran ran a pipe, it rubbed/touched another iron pipe. He just put a plastic cap between those two pipes instead of correcting the plumbing.
2. One of my connection to my faucet is leaking(that he did), I had to shut it off. I called him and told him and he wasn't sure when he was going to be able to get back out. He has yet to show up. Nice guy... But I wouldn't call again. Hopefully my experience was just a one off.

Danny has been my plumber for well over 10 years. He is professional, excellent at his job, and there isn't another plumber I trust and respect besides him. He has diagnosed and fixed the issues that I have had each time promptly and efficiently. I will continue to use his services and recommend highly that you do as well!!

I give you 5 stars for reading this. I give Bywaters Plumbing 0 stars. Poor customer service. I called 3 times for a minor fix. He seemed nice on the phone and promised to call me back. He never did. I guess he picks and chooses the people he helps. Will never call him again. I'm telling everyone I know not to call him or use this business. Good luck with him. He is a waste of time

My water bill was extremely high the past few months. I called Danny to see if he could possibly find a leak, after his inspection he found my kitchen faucets, my bathroom faucets, and my hose bib were all leaking water. Danny replaced the washers and stems, and my bill has improved greatly!!! Thank you Bywaters plumbing!!!

My water heater stopped working late at night and I called mr Danny and he immediately came at almost 11 pm. He did a temporary fix for me to have hot water that night, then replaced my whole water heater the next morning at such a cheap price. I highly recommend him!

Danny and Alicia came out on a Friday afternoon and fixed both my issues quickly and professionally at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend Bywaters.

Outstanding service today from Parker's. Troy kept me updated about his estimated arrival and was professional and courteous throughout. He took the time to explain everything clearly and outlined several options so that I could make an informed decision. Highly recommend.
