Great experience hiring Parker’s! The owner, Archie Parker, is extremely involved and hands-on from the beginning. He was responsive, informative, and knowledgeable. During our consultation, Mr. Parker walked us through exactly what we needed, what he and his team would do, and why. Then, he not only advised us on the best replacement unit, but also gave us some general HVAC related tips for converting our property from gas to electric. Ultimately, we completely replaced our inside/outside HVAC system. While awaiting shipment of our units we had a few additional questions regarding LEEDS certification for the system and Mr. Parker answered every question with no problem. Every time we contacted him, he promptly responded! Finally, when time for installation came, we were attempting to schedule the installation around our visits to the property as we live out-of-state. Mr. Parker went above and beyond to ensure a team could do the install while we were in town. His team worked efficiently and effectively to do the install. This type of installation is an important project for any home and Parker’s Heating & Cooling made us feel comfortable from beginning to end. We will certainly be calling them in the future for all of our HVAC needs.

I had a AC unit issue and did not know where to look for a good reputable company. So I started to google and stumbled upon Parker’s Heating and Cooling in Cairo, Ga. This company exemplifies great customer service from the first phone call all the way down to the initial technician visit. Troy was professional and knowledgeable. Parker’s Heating and Cooling company was on time and showed real genuine interest in helping me instead of helping themselves to my pockets. If you ever want to feel like family instead of customer number 12345 then my advise is to go with the hometown heroes. Parker’s Heating and Cooling company should be your one and only choice.

Our second interaction with Troy was excellent. (The first one was too) Within 5 minutes, he diagnosed the problem and within 30 more minutes it was fixed. Without being asked, he even removed the filter grate and cleaned it. He also put in one of my new filters. All around nice, professional, and knowledgeable. We will call Parker’s every time.

Could not ask for better service and professional work. Parker's was quick to respond to a call regarding my 20 year old a/c not cooling. They were very transparent about the problems and why a new unit was recommended. In the meantime, got the unit cooling until a new unit could be installed. The installation went very smoothly and couldn't ask for more professionalism from their guys. Have always used them for service and will continue.

Fast forward 5 years...I called Parker's for a second opinion on whether to repair or replace this unit. Troy came out to look at it and was, as usual, very friendly and personable. We agreed that it was time to replace it. He called the office for a quote, and came in $2800 less than the other guy! Josh and his team did the new installation today and I cannot say enough good things about them. Josh went above and beyond! He taught me how to remove the grates where the air filters go so I could take them outside and clean them! I have been trying to figure that out for a long time. Haha! They did a great job today! Not only are Troy and Josh both experts in their field, they both also have great people skills. I cannot recommend this company enough! Great experience all the way around!

We thoroughly enjoyed dealing with the technician (Troy) that Parkers sent out. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. Had a great experience: our problem was thoroughly dealt with and restored to working condition.

To begin with - I contacted another provider and just felt like I was being gouged with the price. I spoke with Archie Parker abd explained what was happening- he came out provided a free estimate of what I needed and guess what? It was about a third of the other guy! Then Josh and his team came and disconnected the old AC unit and replaced with the new one. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my property. Josh made sure all my questions were answered and told me to give them a call if I think of anything. I am just beyond happy with Parker’s Heating & Cooling! My neighbor suggested I call and I’m so glad I did. All I can say is you will not be disappointed with their service or price. Fair and honest, what more can you ask for. Thank you!

I've called them before. And I was actually impressed on how fast they diagnosed and repaired the issue. So I called them again and same thing he arrived fast, got out walked over, took some panels off and within a couple checks knew exactly what was wrong. Walked to the van got the part replaced it.... done and I was enjoying the cool air again. I will recommend this company to everyone.

Josh, Ethan, and Frog came to my house today, and installed a new ac unit. They were very professional, answered any questions we had and cleaned up when they left and hauled away my dinosaur of an ac unit. My house is warm now. Thanks guys. Y’all are awesome.

Called Parker’s and within a couple hours Troy was sent out, to fix our air! Very nice guy and knowledgeable! He had our air working again in no time! Next time we need someone we will request Troy! Thanks again to all of you! Highly recommend!!!!

This team is great! Kudos to Ethan, Jason, and Troy! Job well done!!! Troy came to my mom’s about a week ago and he was super nice, and very professional. My mom (who is 81 years old) felt very comfortable around him and he was very courteous to her. Yesterday, Ethan and Jason came out to do maintenance on the unit, and just minutes before they arrived, a Fedex truck has raced up into the yard and ran over and broke a water line leaving it with water gushing everywhere! The driver drove off with not a word about the line! My mom was able to shut off the valve, but my husband and I could not get out there for a while. Ethan and Jason repaired that water line for my mom, and were able to get the unit washed out! They were super nice and very professional! They seemed to love their job!!! We are so happy they are able to come out from Cairo to Northwest Decatur County to service the unit for mom!!! If you need AC repair call Parkers!! They are the best!!!!

My mother’s AC unit went out yesterday, and unfortunately her contracted maintenance company never returned a Friday afternoon call. By Saturday, after calling three other providers and waiting over two hours for a response, I called Parker’s. Within 4 minutes, Troy returned my call and provided an almost exact arrival time. That level of responsiveness alone was impressive - especially on a Saturday.
Troy quickly diagnosed the issue - crossed wires on the capacitor had burned out the fan motor. He corrected the wiring problem and replaced the fan motor efficiently and professionally. He was knowledgeable, skilled and clearly experienced,
After this experience, I removed the sign in mom’s yard from her previous contracted company. We fully intend to have Parker’s handle her heating and air service twice yearly through their preferred maintenance plan.
