The original guys that came out to my home had some issues putting in an exhaust fan. My bathroom is an add on built in the 1960’s. It doesn’t have a crawl space. Once the owner was made aware of the problem, the owner and an employee (Kevin) came out to my home and inspected it. Upon inspection they found a way to put the exhaust fan in my bathroom. They rewired the fan. Now, the light and the fan have separated switches.
They cleaned up their work area with a shop vac and fixed the hole in my ceiling where they originally put the exhaust fan.
They did a phenomenal job.

Trevor Jones to the rescue once again! He was able to diagnose and repair our 27-year-old unit last December and was able to fix a different issue with the unit today. He is always prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, honest, helpful, and efficient. Trevor goes above and beyond! We are thankful to have him as our technician when needed, and we would gladly recommend his services to others.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service of Carlo, Ruben, and Eddie for my home weatherization. They arrived when expected, work diligently, very polite and left everything very clean. The technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. Excellent service from beginning to end. Thank you !! I would like to give high praises to Carlo and Keith. They came back to my house a second time for a different project. They did some work in the my bathroom , install insulation and etc. these guys done a wonderful job. With my first project and first review, I failed to mention Keith who did an excellent job with my AC unit, clean the coil and etc. John Anderson is blessed to have technicians, that is dedicated and passionate about their job, also they are willing to go beyond and above to make share that the consumer is satisfied. We requested Trevor's services again to troubleshoot the needs of our old unit and make repairs to get it back in working condition. As always, he was very prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and successful with the repairs. He cleaned the years of debris out of the unit as well to maximize its potential. Trevor was great! We had a problem with strange odors in out HVAC system. His expertise really came through in tracing the possible causes of the problem, providing temporary corrections, and suggestions for preventing future issues. Pricing was clear before any work was performed, and he provided several options for permanent corrections/upgrades, without providing in "upselling". He worked unhurried and with minimal disruption to the household. His communication skills abd demeanor were excellent and reflect well on the company as a whole. Anderson Is a locally owned and operated, so if you are looking to support a local business, I would not hesitate to call Anderson for all your heating and cooling needs.

We have never used anyone but Anderson Heating and air. They are the best. Today, we needed them again. They were very prompt in responding. The technician was so nice and friendly. He asked several questions so he would know where to begin. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave me several options to fix the issue. I have always trusted what they say is wrong. They have never tried to pressure me into buying or replacing stuff that I didn't need. He wasn't able to fix it today but he did order the parts. He was able to get it working enough to get us through the cold weather that is heading our way for the next few days.

Josh and Keith did a fantastic job with my airconditioner. Very professional, knowledable about what they were doing. I am very satisfied with a job that was well done by these gentlemen . They kept me updated every step of the way about what they were doing.

Braden and Keith did a wonderful job very respectful and hard workers cleaned up well behind their cell explained how the system works and instructed to call them With any questions that might arise. They showed up on time as scheduled and there was also two other gentlemen that came on the first day and I’m sorry I don’t remember their names but everyone from this company was wonderful to work with

My husband and I would like to personally thank Tammy in Customer Service, along with the Service and Installation Team Joseph, Carlos, Joe, and Eddie for a job truly well done. Each of you went above and beyond our expectations, paying attention to the small things that made a big difference.

What stood out most was the consistent level of respect, transparency, care, and cleanliness shown in our home. From day one, it was clear that everyone knew their role, worked seamlessly as a team, and completed the project ahead of schedule.

We were truly blessed to participate in a program that allowed our mobile home to become more energy efficient through proper weatherization and the installation of a brand-new, complete Heating and Air system. After enduring several seasons of extreme heat and freezing cold temperatures due to poor installation, the difference was noticeable immediately—literally from the first day.

Excellent customer service they was very friendly and helpful I think they did a awesome job. Communication was great and I love their work ethic.. and no mess left behind.. they work good together.

Anderson heating and air installed two mini splits in my house.
They took approximately 2 hours to install them. They cleaned after themselves and hauled off my old window units.
They made sure I understood how to use the new units and left behind the user manuals.
My home is nice and cool, now.
I appreciate the level of commitment, speed, and professionalism they took in installing these two units.

Ok so I don’t know where to begin.as you can see it’s 9:45 at night at the end of September and the unit that was installed by this company can’t even cool or dehumidify correctly in mild conditions. This is caused by installing an undersized system in my house. I have made several attempts to have this issue resolved and they did respond once by installing an inline dehumidification system which was useless with an undersized system. The manager nor the owner have returned my phone calls and have never spoken to me regarding this matter. I’ve sent several emails and received one the other day saying they would no longer take phone support and were not honoring my warranty on the labor. If I need warranty work to go with another dealer in my area. It’s important to understand that the 40 year old system worked effectively it was just very inefficient. And crazy thing is it was even one size bigger. It was through a government program so there is how they treat poor people. I also explained to them that my 2 year old couldn’t sleep up there due to heart and lung issues with the humidity being so high, which was not caused by anything on the lower level according to 3 other hvac professionals, which that problem had been solved and the issue is still going on with upstairs ac, so that proves how much they care.
I’m filing a complaint and will do whatever it takes to get proper sized unit installed for my kids’ comfort

They came into the house and introduced their selves and explain to me everything that they were going to do. As they were going through the process of fixing the heat and the air they explained to me throughout the process everything they were doing. They also explained to me how to work the thermostat and I really do appreciate them they are good hard workers. Want to give a special thanks to Keith and Brayden for their hard work and making sure everything was running smooth. The house feels better already.

Tammy was very nice she made sure to keep me in the loop about my scheduled appointment, and all correspondence with the techs day before and day of service.

The technicians- Greg Mills and his son Russell Mills we’re above and beyond professional, they arrived 30 minutes earlier than the expected scheduled appointment time, they were very kind , courtesy, friendly throughout the entire process. They were also extremely helpful with all my questions regarding the new equipment, and very knowledgeable about the process, and products they were insulating. They took pride in their work and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. They also showed me how to work the wifi thermostat Greg installed step by step to make sure I didn’t have any issues, concerns, or problems with it. I am very much happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Anderson Heating , Air & Insulation for all your home heating/air systems needs or upgrades.
