Locklear removed a severe blockage in the main sewer drain of my house. Brandon, their plumber, worked methodically and diligently for two days to diagnose and solve the problem, using standard and technological tools. Before he finished, he added an clean-out pipe outside, which the builder failed to do. Brandon's work was exemplary and the price was fair. I highly recommend Locklear.

Customer service was absolutely superb from the initial call to dispatching someone. The two technicians that were sent, Colby and Jesse were fantastic to work with. They were thorough, professional, and explained everything very well. They completely met our needs. We will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them highly.

The work was completed quickly and the guys were great, however, the charge of $883 for one emergency shut off valve, two supply hoses and a basic faucet is really extreme in my opinion. I could have purchased the supplies for under $100 which means I was charged $783 for labor (1.5 hrs). I can’t recommend them for that reason unless they make it right

We had to have two hand shower installed at our new home. We called the Locklear Plumbing and they were able to send the plumbing crew out within a hour. Brandon was our installer. He was professional yet friendly. Also very knowledgeable, informative, and the work was meticulous. We will use him again in the near future. Has a leak right at the meter near the road but on my side so I had to have it fixed. Called Friday evening, they were here first thing on Saturday AM. Alven Patterson was the tech they sent. He was on-time, and polite. He told me the cost before doing any work and worked quickly and quietly until the job was complete. I thought the price was a bit high but its not like I have this kind of work every day so nothing to compare it with. I do recommend them.

We needed our tankless water heater replaced. We called at 5pm on Tuesday and Locklear was able to send someone out the next morning. Our technician, Cobey Patterson, was great- very knowledgeable, explained our options thoroughly and coordinated with the electrician to get the job done. Had an additional water faucet installed for a green house. Once again phenomenal service and results. They got out to our property very quick and got our green house up and running!

I scheduled a plumbing appointment three days in advance, but it was canceled just two hours before the scheduled time and reassigned to someone else. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I arranged my day around it. I expected better communication and more respect for my time.

plumbers. They arrived on time and gave me three choices to pick from for the repairs that we needed. They got the job done in about two hours. Everything is perfect. Highly recommended.

Called this company based on Google reviews AND because we like to support local, family owned businesses. Made an appt. quickly for the following day - it was not an emergency so that time worked for us. I was given a 2 hour window. They called to say the Tech was on his way & 30 mins later I got another call. Tech was having truck troubles and had to cancel. We rebooked for the next day and b/c of the inconvenience they did wave the service fee (THANK YOU!). The next day came and during my window I got a call that the Tech was running late and was pushing back the appt for later in the day. Finally got a call the Tech was on the way and a text with his exact location and approximate time of arrival. Brandon was EXCELLENT. Walked in and got us squared away immediately. They were very kind with the service fee and also mentioned to Brandon my husband is a Veteran and he shared they do give Veteran discounts (THANK YOU AGAIN!). I will say, I was definitely not happy being a 1st time customer with so many "hiccups" for our 1st experience BUT in the end - they DID keep in touch (which, sadly, is saying a lot in 2025.9), they sent an EXCELLENT tech - who assessed everything quickly and completed the job just as quick, everything worked out great, and would absolutely recommend Locklear Plumbing and Brandon for future work.

This is our first time using this company and they exceeded our expectations!! It began with the receptionist being so kind and understanding and actually taking the time to explain how it would work once the repairmen made it to our home. They were here the very next morning and Brandon and his co-worker was not only professional but they were personable and explained in detail what we needed and also gave us several options in three different bathrooms on how to solve our issues. Before making any repairs they discussed with us the issues and options we had and then they got to work! We will be upgrading our bathrooms with toilets and new hardware and they will be doing the work to install!! They give you options including the new hardware and installation or just the installation and we purchasing the hardware! I will be using this company for all of our plumbing needs today and in the future! I do my homework before ever making a call to the company and I will tell you there is no other choice you should make but using this company!! Locklear has been one of the best plumbing companies that I have ever worked with in my life. The gentleman who visited our home, Cobey was unbelievably helpful and kind. Locklear Plumbing replaced my natural gas water heater with a Bradford White model at a reasonable price. Alden and crew did an excellent job with the installation. It passed inspection on the first pass. It was a pleasure to do business with everyone I encountered at Locklear. All were polite, pleasant, and professional.
