Called Rick on Tuesday he came that afternoon. Gave me a good price on replacing my entire unit and duct work in attic. Today is Friday and work is completely done. Blowing cold air. Stayed late making sure everything was perfect even down to all (even missing) covers being replaced. Highly reccomend using this company.

We returned home from a trip out of town to find our A/C unit not blowing cold air and the house was very warm. We called our homeowners appliances warranty company and they sent a contractor out 2 days later who told us the blower motor was out and we assumed they would be out the next day at least. On the 4th day of no A/C we called the warranty company back and we were told it would be another week before they could get the motor and schedule for repair job . We fired the warranty company and called Rick who got the motor we needed that afternoon and he came out the next morning and did all the necessary repairs plus he found standing water under the blower and a faulty circuit board. He even cleaned the outside condenser unit. By making these repairs and making necessary adjustments to allow the water to drain, he probably saved us from expensive roof damage He is very reasonable in his pricing and we are definitely on his list of regular customers. He is our HVAC guy!!

These guys did an amazing job replacing our HVAC entirely! Our older home gave them some hiccups but they were able to work through those in a very timely manner. Very professional and kind as well. Highly recommend this company!

Rick and his crew took very good care of me. I can definitely feel a difference in the cooling in my house and in just 2 weeks I am already seeing a difference in my power bill. I wish I had done this sooner! I know I can trust Rick to do a great job!

We go back about 12 years with Rick. We bought an older house with a 25 year old unit. When it gave up the ghost he installed a new unit for us. Totally professional job and crazy reasonable on the price. He's been taking care of it ever since. About 4 years ago our heater finally died. Called in the afternoon, he had a new unit out the next morning, installed by early afternoon. Can't recommend him highly enough...

We had an older unit and Rick and Mark did an excellent job replacing it. When they hit a few snags with the switch, they both patiently worked through the issues until it was resolved. Highly recommend!!!

Been using Airman for 3 or 4 years now with no complaints. Put in 2 new putside units for me and upgraded my inside parts as well. Rick is a great guy. Highly recommend.

We lost AC in a home we had moved into, and he came out quickly and explained the problem, showing how this had happened before. Offered great recommendations.

We then used him to install new AC and furnace to replace the loud old systems. His crew worked well and quickly. Months later we've got lower cooling bills due to a new good system at a good price.

Then we had the units damaged by roofers and he quickly came out and fixed what the roofers had damaged.

I do not write many reviews but Rick and the guys were there when it was needed. During Labor Day weekend the AC unit went out and after calling several local 4 and 5 star company's nobody would come out due to the holiday weekend even though I thought it was an emergency. I remember seeing a sign on the side on the road saying AIRMAN HVAC services. I contacted the number and explained the problem to the guy on the other end of the line and he told me he would be at the house in a few. Rick who owns the business arrived and with in several minutes told me that the main unit upstairs was small 2.5 ton and was not pulling enough air to maintain and the unit outside burned up due to overwork and poor ventilation around the unit that was there before I bought the house. Rick was very helpful when explaining what was needed to cool and maintain a comfortable temperature inside the home along with adding an extra return to provide maximum air return to maintain the unit. During this replacement Rick provided several window units to cool the home while waiting on the parts and the long holiday weekend. The unit has been replace with no problems in cooling and a big drop in the power bill. Kudos to Rick and all the guys !!

I gave them a call at 8:00 in the morning and they were at my door step within an hour. I had issues with my AC not cooling and blowing as well as it had been. Rick and his team went above and beyond with their service and explained what was going on step by step, and fixed the problem before no time. Pretty good pricing and beyond exceptional customer service. I know where I will be going from here on out.

Rick assessed our situation, listened to our concerns, and offered the best price amongst several other quotes. When we decided on Airman, Rick was able to come out the next day! Great service!

I cannot express how grateful I am to Rick and his crew. I was stuck with no A/C in the middle of August after several repairs. Rick had a new A/C unit ordered and installed in 2 business days. He was even so gracious to lend me his personal window units to get me by in the dead heat of summer. I couldn't have asked for a more timely and professional response and service. I will be recommending Airman Heating and Air to all my friends, even when they do not ask for A/C recommendations!

Rick has done heating and air for me and all of my family and we have always been extremely happy with the work. Great for new units, maintenance, service and even emergencies. I've used Rick twice now for issues i've experienced with my AC unit breaking down in the summer. Both times he went above and beyond what previous HVAC contractors did, and managed to squeeze me into his schedule on short notice. My system has been plagued with issues since moving into this house about 5 years ago, but thanks to Rick I now have a firm understanding of what is happening, how the system works and all of my options moving forward. He even rerouted my secondary drain pipe for free and was more than fair in his service charges for the issues I was experiencing (leaking freon, backed up primary drain pipe, frozen coils, rusted out pan, broken capacitor on my condenser unit). I will definitely use him in the future and if you don't have someone you've been happy with there is no reason not to give him a call.

Rick the owner is a great guy. Came to service my unit a year ago and set the unit up correctly, something the builders AC people didn't do. When it was time to have to replace the unit, he was the first choose. Sold me exactly what I needed and gave me the best price in town. Still something to be said for small businesses and the excellent service and support they provide. Call on him to get it taken care the right way the first time!

Rick and his staff were fantastic! I had an ongoing heating/cooling issue that my landlord could not resolve. Once Airman took over the job, Mr. Rick kept a constant communication with me on what was going on and when I could expect the issue to be resolved, not only that but he also came back out to do a thorough inspection to ensure that there were no errors. He was considerate of my needs, super friendly, and professional. He installed the HVAC unit in a timely manner and made sure that it was working properly. Great JOB Airman, he has my recommendation over other competitors.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I called today ( a Saturday) at 9:00 AM. Rick was super professional and knowledgeable on the phone. He sent Mike same day within 2 hours. Mike knew exactly what the issue was. He fixed my AC, cleaned the areas and inspected my whole AC outside and inside. Mike was very personable and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys for saving me in this GA heat in July! Keep up the phenomenal work you do.

Rick and the crew from Airman Heating and Air came out and installed a new system at my house today. Rick was very helpful and scheduled me right away after my AC unit died. The crew were fast and professional, finishing in much less time than they estimated. Rick has been very careful with the details and helping file for my warranty. Rick and his team replaced my heating and air system years ago and have been servicing it ever since. Yesterday, my in-law’s system failed, and the Airman came to the rescue once again. He and his crew are top notch and a pleasure to do business with. I especially appreciated the team’s mask discipline throughout the install. My in-laws were thrilled with the quick turnaround and fair price. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Rick has been fantastic to us on many occasions. When we had issues with our old AC unit (purchased elsewhere), he was always quick to respond and get things fixed. Just recently, we bought a new unit and Rick offered us the best price for what we were looking for. And he was wonderful about keeping in contact with us even after the installation was complete. Called Rick based on Google reviews and I was VERY happy I did. He got to my rental house within 30 min., called to tell me what he would do for my 19 year old hvac and what it would cost, and fixed it immediately, at a reasonable price. I couldn't ask for better service and my tenants are cool again. I would not hesitate to call Airman again, nor would I hesitate to recommend this company. Very good experience. Thank you, Rick!
