The team from County Line did an exceptional job in relocating my attic HVAC at a very affordable cost. This increased my usable storage space by an amazing amount.

If I could put 0 stars I would. They had me on a wait list for 10 days, I have no a/c and it's 95 in the house... 10 days passes and then I try to call them but they ghosted me. DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THESE PEOPLE! I had to call someone else to come out and now I'm on another wait list.

They were very professional when they came out. The work was top quality. They installed an air purification system to upgrade the air quality. I’m very pleased with their work and price. I would recommend calling this company if you need to upgrade your air quality in your home.

I have updated my original review.

I had CL replace an old unit that quit at my rental house with a new one about a year ago. Starting about 2 weeks after it was installed, the new unit would sporadically cut off on the outside making the house hot. CL came out several times and said there was nothing wrong with the new unit, it was likely an electrical issue. An electrician found no problems with the wiring or circuit breaker but the problem continued. After some frustrations, CL agreed to replace the unit with another new one of a different brand. So far there have been no issues new one. While we initially had issues with the first unit, CL did come out when needed to check it and and did eventually rectify the problem.

NEVER USE COUNTY LINE HEATING AND AIR! They will refuse to work on older units and simply tell you that you need purchase a complete new unit, costing $5,000-$6,000. This past Saturday, our 2004, AC unit stopped cooling, it was around 87 degrees in the house and getting warmer. I Googled companies, saw County Line and gave them a call. The service guy came out, checked the outside unit and told me I had a leak, but didn't see anything on the outside unit. He said it was most likely the coils in the attic. He NEVER stepped foot in the attic! He then told me my unit was obsolete and unfixable that I would need a new unit. He said he could fill up the coolant and it could last 3 days or 3 years. Having two small children, we just needed it to be cool. So we opted to have it filled. I called a different company to come check it out because I just didn't believe that my unit "couldn't be repaired". Riley Heating and Air come out, checked everything in the attic. No leaks. He then checks the outside unit. There is a leak in a copper pipe that he could easily fix. I called the owner of County Line to tell him what his service tech said and what this new sevice tech found. The owner was very rude, and unprofessional. He kept telling me I need a new unit that mine is old. I asked him what sane person would spend $6,000 when $700 could fix the unit I have? He then continued to tell me I need a new unit. I asked for the cost of the coolant or the cost of the service call to be refunded since it was a simple fix that his tech didn't inform me of. Had I had this information, I would not have purchased anything from them. He then tells me that the copper pipe may not have been leaking when his guy was there. Really dude? He refused to refund any of my money. Lesson learned! If you aren't willing to replace the entire unit NEVER USE COUNTY LINE HEATING AND AIR.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE EVER Absolutely the worst customer service . We called them and they said they couldn’t come out till next week . Completely understandable. My husband called them and they forgot to put us in the schedule . Finally a guy came here the the 22nd of June at 4:30 . Told us the problem we agreed to fix it . He said he would be her Tues the 24th of June . No showed never called . My husband then called again on Wednesday the 25th and they stated we didn’t get put in the schedule again . He couldn’t get anyone out to us on Wednesday the 25th they would be here Thursday the 26th . No show no call still waiting . It’s now July 3rd haven’t heard anything . What a complete joke !

I called County Line on a early Saturday morning, as my A/C broke down on the Friday night of a hot weekend in July. An hour later, the boss himself came to my place in Salem AL, very friendly, and fixed it immediately.
I’m grateful and I definitely recommend this company which also installed my Carrier unit 4 years ago, with much efficiency as well!...

I really appreciate the quality of work and customer service offered by County Line HVAC. They have been my go-to for regular maintenance for the past couple of year. This year, however, I needed to totally replace our HVAC. County Line's team was great to work with, from system selection through installation. I highly recommend this company!

I used this local service because I had a freon leak a few of years ago. The unit has since been replaced. Upon arrival in a $60k-plus pickup, the owner went straight to the old unit before I could put my shoes on to greet him. I sprinted out just as he was about to unload $600 of freon into the leaky unit. I demanded that he stop and leave. However, he wouldn't go until he got an $80 check for the aborted assessment.

I waited a few years to write a review. The owner was sneaky, intimidating, and failed to get consent from the home owner.

Fast, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, and a fair price. Everything you want in a heating and air company. I've used them before and I'll definitely be using them again!

I was very impressed with this company and their responsiveness and quality work, especially Danny. Danny was a problem solver and he obviously cared about the quality of his work. He just doesn't replace parts unnecessarily, he communicates and figures out effectively the right approach to solve the problem. Ben was effective as well. I will definitely use this company in the future. They were fair with their pricing and again, I had total confidence in Danny's professional work as well as Ben's. Thank you for providing credible service with fair pricing. God Bless.😀👍😀

We had our AC go out and was recommended County Line by a family friend. We called them on a Saturday and they said they would send someone out Monday morning. Unfortunately they were unable to service us on Monday because another call took longer than expected but apologized and promised someone next day. Luckily the weather had been cool and breezy and we didn’t mind leaving the windows up and waiting another day.

They sent their technician Kaleb out to service us Tuesday morning. Kaleb installed a new capacitor and filled the coolant up for us and it’s working great now! Kaleb was professional, quick and friendly. He informed us that our AC was older and parts for it were no longer manufactured and would definitely need to be replaced soon and informed us of the benefits of doing so.

We will be using County Line again for future AC needs.

Very professional with fair pricing. I needed a compressor installed. They ordered the part, scheduled the appointment and knocked it out in no time. I’d definitely recommend these guys.

They answer the phone, show up when they tell you they will, do a thorough job, answer questions patiently, and are kind to my loud-mouthed dog. Caleb also helped me get the smart thermostat connected to my WiFi. (Thermostat came with the house, even Wyze tech support couldn't help me out last year.)

Great service. Tech come out promptly, communicated the issue, and worked diligently to solve the problem. Within an hour my family had cool air flowing again. Thanks again to County Line for the great service.

How many times have you had a technician come out who has to get their boss to come and take a look at it becaus they can't figure it out? That is not the case with county line heating and air. The technician was smart, well equipped, and able to tackle the problem in only a few hours and that even included having to go get a park and come back. Not to mention the fact that he didn't just show up on time he was early. Which if you're like me then begins to make you think about all those guys you see driving around service trucks and driving like jerks. But I saw the same guy a couple days later and he was a safe and courteous driver too.

In finality let me just say that if you need heat or air work done it's going to be hard to find anybody better than county line with fair prices and excellent service.
