Joel and his team were lifesavers after my water heater stopped working during the holidays when most businesses were closed and it was so cold. They installed the water heater without getting paid due to the holidays till the new year!
Thanks for the best customer service 🤩

Prompt response and water heater installation. Ernesto is a licensed plumber who makes sure that his work is up to code and does not cut corners on materials such as using copper instead of plastic. Good pricing with no hidden charges.

Ernesto was very professional and courteous, explained the job in detail making sure to answer any questions. finished job in timely manner and we were happy with the price and installation.
would recommend to anyone.

I HIGHLY recommend Water Heater Xchange and ask for Ernesto because he is so knowledgeable, professional, thorough and articulate. (NOTE TO WATER HEAYER XCHANGE: It's time to give Ernesto a raise, he is representing your company in an excellent manner, and no he didnt ask me to offer this recommendation and I am not related to him! LOL). Regarding the service and price, we shopped around and Water Heater Xchange was EASILY the most cost effective option. We had our 40 gallon electric water heater replaced and that included our new (out of box) 40 gallon water heater with a 9 year product warranty, a built in additional 10 year warranty (for parts & labor) the thermal expansion tank, a pan under the water heater and replacement of a valve (cant remember the name of it) plus haul away of our old water heater all for $1534.00! We really appreciated when we called for a quote Ernesto lived up to his name (Ernesto means earnest or honest) by providing us upfront clear pricing with no hidden fees and a suggestion for the best option of water heater for the placement of our water heater. We have had our water heater for a few days and we are thrilled to have hot water back! Thank you Water Heater XChange & Ernesto for excellent service!

Excellent customer service as well as an excellent installation of my gas water heater. Ernesto Cabrales did a great job, and such a nice man too!! Can’t ask for more!!!

I lost hot water to my shower. It was the first time I had an issue with any plumbing in my home. I contacted Angis list for a trusted plumber and I found PlumbingPro. They responded within minutes of me reaching out (on a Sunday). The next day I had a representative of the company arrive named Jermemih. He was professional and knowledgeable. We were able to identify my valve issue and take the next steps necessary to get my shower working properly again. The price was unbeatable and so was the service. Good people at Plumbing Pro. Highly recommended!

I guess we haven’t pay

Incredible experience with PlumbingPro North Atlanta! Jeremiah recently anchored a sink that was coming loose back onto a wall. He made some minor preventive repairs and got us back up and running in no time. He even caulked around a toilet that a previous plumber had overlooked on a home warranty claim. Would highly recommend Jeremiah and his team!

Jeremiah was everything I wanted in a plumber, as was the whole team - J treated me with respect, kept me informed, was flexible, and was just easy to chat with. It's so nice to have a partner in the frustrating process of needing a plumber - I'll be calling them every time in future

Very knowledgeable and professional plumber. Thank you for your service!
