Plumbing reviews in Chamblee, Georgia

PlumbingPro North Atlanta installed a new tankless water heater after our old one stopped working and could not be salvaged. Jeremiah was wonderful to work with. He was honest, deliberate, and thorough with his work. Highly recommend the accommodating and hardworking PlumbingPro North Atlanta team!

Jeremiah of Plumbing Pro stopped by and replaced the shower handle. He kept us posted us posted of his arrival and completion of the job

Jeremiah has great customer service! Was on time and did a great job.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I called them about a running toilet and they did a comprehensive evaluation of the plumbing for our entire home while taking into account our short- and long-term needs and wants. At no point did they try to upsell us on unnecessary services and Matt and Jeremiah are great communicators (and extremely knowledgeable). These guys are my go-to plumbing contractors from here out. Call them for all your plumbing needs!

Very attentive, professional and pleasant to work with!

Plumbing Pro and all their staff have been very helpful in an emergency situation that you hope never happens to you. They took care of us from diagnosing the problem to going out of their way to make sure the job was done right and fully complete. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you have, whether it’s emergent or non-emergent plumbing problems.

Jeremiah was EXCELLENT!!! Best Service Available

So friendly and responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Great company to work with! Very responsive, organized and responsibly priced.

Jeremiah was very quick to respond and broke it down for me in terms I could understand. Whole hearing news about having to deal with a leak is never good, Jeremiah was able to let me know all my options and plan moving forward.

PlumbingPro North Atlanta is by far the best plumbing company we have ever used! The customer service is as good as Chick-fil-A and maybe even better! Their follow up and expertise is unsurpassed - and their pricing beats all others hands down! Matt & Jeremiah were a pleasure to work with and we will be using PlumbingPro North Atlanta forever!

I had the pleasure of having Jay with PlumbingPro as my plumber. He was able to identify the source of my leak and resolve the issue with minimal cost. Thank you Jay for a great job. Sandra

Jeremiah was an absolute pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and good at explaining. Fair pricing and great work!

Jeremiah reattached two wall sinks that had worked loose. His work was excellent. Having a plumber who favors quantum physics is always a positive experience.

I worked with Jeremiah. They brought experience, pragmatism, and common sense to the table, and it was much appreciated. 10/10 reach out to them for any plumbing issues, trust me.

I had a real bad clog in my upstairs pipes. The clog had made itself from one side of the house to the other side to the point where both my bathrooms upstairs clogged the toilets and the showers and everything was coming back up. PlumbingPro tech Jeremiah came out to complete the job. He was very professional. He explained the situation to me and fixed what should have taken hours in less than 15-20 minutes. He worked super fast and was very polite and explained everything to me. He even told me what is good and bad practice for my plumbing system at home. Great guy and knows his line of business really well. He even informed me of the potential sewage gases that could escape from my toilets if they have not been caulked properly (which they werent from the builders never doing it on a new home). I know if I ever have an issue again, I am calling them and requesting Jeremiah as well.

Jeremiah provided a detailed analysis of the issue, provided detailed options for solutions. He shared lots of knowledge with respect to his suggested approach. I appreciated his ability to explain things in terms I could understand.

I had a leaking toilet that needed attention and the service I received was very professional. Jeremiah is very knowledgeable, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. This is my second time using them and Jeremiah came out both times, they proved to be a reliable plumbing service.

Great choice when looking for a plumber. The team is experienced and very knowledgeable. As an added bonus the owner is outstanding and fully committed to an A+ experience each time. Can’t go wrong here.
