Excellent service!! I had a terrible toilet clog where the sewage started to come up into the tub! Awful mess. This was a Saturday evening emergency so I thought it would take a long time to answer my call and arrive, but it didn’t. I was kept updated on the arrival time by text which was great. Everyone, from Nikolay who took my call to Tony who came to do the job, was very kind and professional. And the price was reasonable! Five stars and would highly recommend.

Milan arrived promptly from Urgent Plumbing and Rooter LLC who is in partnership with Emergency Plumbers. We called Emergency Plumbers who dispatched Milan. Milan explained why we had a line leak and was very efficient and prompt in fixing the water line. These two companies were very reliable and responsive to the water line leak especially for a Sunday morning!!! I highly recommend their services. Thank you Milan!

This is the same Sunday! It’s hard to believe but a pipe broke inside the house! We had to reach out to Milan again! He did a first rate job. Showed us the two damage pipes that he replaced. Milan also checked the water pressure, which was almost a 100 psi 😳 Hence we changed the valve as well. I highly recommend their services. Thank you again Milan for your excellent professionalism and workmanship.

I had an issue with my water heater where one of their guys was really good and he was very honest and told me what the issue was. So this time I called back. You always want to work with people you trust. I had a running toilet. Told the woman scheduling it's most likely the flapper. What should have happened is she should have quoted me the cost. He gets here and says it's the entire system. Which was not true because my handy man changed it two days ago except the flapper. so first you already are lying about what needs to be fixed. So know they will lie. Then he says oh it's just the flapper. I told him I already told the scheduler that it was. He proceeds to tell me it was $200 for the fix of the flapper. I asked the cost of the flapper he says 12.99. Took him all of 20 seconds to fix this. So all of that was labor. Basically I was charged 200 an hour for this guy to change a flapper. Do not call these guys. They are dishonest and also overcharge. I am also totally taken aback that I was asked if I owned this home? Would you ask a white person if they owned their home? What kind of question is that? Do NOT hire them. --- responding to their note I also have the right to share my experience and how I felt and what factually happened. Nobody wants to feel like that and have a realization where a company went wrong several steps. Not having you complete the job is a problem because I owe for you coming. So now I'm stuck. I'm letting people know the affordability and how everything factually happened.

Great Service! We had a emergency problem in the middle of a Saturday. Called and they had someone out within the hour. Tony came and fixed it for us. He did a great job. The price was fair and reasonable, especially for a Saturday afternoon. Would highly recommend and use again!

Excellent experience with Nick! He was efficient and professional and didn't hesitate to provide us with expert knowledge when we had more detailed questions.

Tried to charge me $800 for the exact same work, or very similar, they did for me for $450. When I challenged, the tech (exact same tech!) came down to $600 and then to $550. So the work became $250 less expensive in the course of 5min? In fact, he started saying things that simply were not true to justify the inflating pricing. I pulled up his prior invoice to prove to him he was incorrect in his bizarre justifications. This was NOT a matter of not all jobs are the same. I clearly understand that. This was an attempt to gouge. Hate to leave this review because they’ve done stellar work for me in the past, but don’t try to cheat your repeat customers. I’ll call you back when you standardize your pricing. Actually I probably won’t. Got the work done for $410 by another firm. Disappointing…

Horrible service, you can tell they're trying to rip you off!!!

I asked for general price and described the issue of a drain clog where the floor drain is accessible, where the water isn't draining, and the clean out that's roughly 5' away is clear and dry (so the clog is in the middle somewhere). He gave me the price of $75 to look at it and then will quote full price but roughly $300-400 to snake if no toilets need to be removed in order to snake it. I said that no toilets need to be removed, once again it's accessible, and I agreed to the $75. Thinking maybe he didn't hear my first explanation of the issue, I went to explain that I'm hoping and thinking it should be relatively easy and thus on the lower end of his quote, maybe even less, since it's a small run and no toilets or fixtures need to be removed but also that is a new building and barely used, but also, I understand that what is found will ultimately control the final price.

Apparently just saying that offended him!! I guess they want to get in and then make up reasons to jack up the price because this guy then went on to say that customers don't get to have any say in what their prices are. Then said based off how I described the job, it'll cost me $700! But of course, could be more. I was shocked and said what happened to the $300-400 and he said it sounds like a $700 job. I'm like what's happening right now, who talks like this. He then goes on to insult me saying that I don't have any money, I'm broke, I need to go and figure out how to make money to afford him before I call, and so on. Well, I guess not everyone can screw people over to make money like he does but clearly he makes too much.

No one should work with people like this, they clearly have the intention of pushing the price up and overcharging. They want stupid people that don't know anything about their problem so they can screw you over!!

Everyone knows how it feels when your toilet is filling up with water when it should be emptying the water!! I tried to take care of the problem myself dumping dish detergent and hot water in the bowl. Then came the plunging but the problem only got worse bc it wasn’t a clog but a pump problem. Thank heavens for Nick with Emergency Plumbers who came to my rescue within 45 minutes. After snaking drain he realized it was a sewage pump problem. Once we located pump the rest was easy. Now thanks to Nick😇 my bathroom is back in business to help our flow continue for decades to come!

I employed Zurn Plumbing to re-run a gas line in my kitchen as well as cap an existing island sink. For the most part the work that they provided was fine. However, when cleaning up I realized that they had removed and taken the island sink faucet. This was after he asked if I wanted him to remove the sink and faucet and I said to just leave it. He said "are you sure" and I said yes, just leave it. I emailed the office on a Sunday and they called back the next day. The clerk that I spoke to said that they would be dropping off the faucet to me. When I asked why he took it, the response was "I'm not Eric, you'll have to ask him yourself." I told him that I thought it was something that they should handle as a company at which time he said that he would speak to his manager. I will not employ Zurn to do any more work on my house.

I called Zurn plumbing to help me unclog a sink drain They were very good and came out right away. The tech arrived and he and I came up with a plan to not only unclog the sink but also clean out a 3 inch perpendicular main. He ran a snake from upstairs shower and unclogged kitchen sink then started packing up. I asked him isn’t he going to check the 3 inch drain to make sure it’s clear as well ? No it’s OK it’s clear now . It will take too long to drain out 3” drain. Then I was presented with a $417 bill less 30 special. I called Zurn and complained that I thought the fee was too high for an hour service. An argument ensued about the area pricing for this type of work. A distastefull in your face refund was given. Two days later, all hell broke loose with water everywhere. I called back and they suggested I call someone else rather than fess up to their callous attitude and faulty workmanship by their tech. I finally call Pink Plumber, which came out within 2 hours. They cleaned the drain, but this time, scoped the 3” drain, ( plan original by Zurn ) and it too was clogged with grease and egg shells. P. P. spent an additional hour reaming out main pipe verified by camera scope. They were awesome . I hope Zurn can learn something about their protocol and become a professional plumbing company in the future.

This group gets 2 stars for easy scheduling and quick turnaround from initial call to coming out but the plumber sent out actually left us with more issues than we started with. Very friendly but didnt seem very knowledgeable - we had a leak staining our ceiling under our master bathroom and he said it was probably us leaning on the toilet as we flushed it which might make sense for our kids but we caught water dripping after when no one would have been leaning on it to flush. He "tightened a few things" and if the issue continued we needed to replace the toilet tank. The next day I see water spots on the plastic covering the ceiling hole - got another plumbing company out here - they confirmed it was not the tank and recaulked some of the toilet and no more water spots.

They also did a "full inspection" and found a valve that needed replaced on our water tank which we agreed to but then our powder room toilet would keeping running because of the new water pressure valve. I asked them to come back out and fix it which they did but $800 later I just feel like I got taken for a ride instead of actually getting a service.

Zurn had Master plumber Micheal out today to address my issue. I could not have ask for anything to be better about this service call. Micheal Introduced himself and handed me his card. He inspected the issue and told me what he could do to fix, got my approval and went to work. About 2.5 hours after my initial call the work was done for a price that was fair. He also asked me about any other issues i may be having that he could help with and there was a clogged bathroom sink we had been nursing. He fixed that too then Cleaned up the work area and wore shoe covers in the home. 5 Star experience from start to finish.

After flooding part of our basement, we had a Nation brand company tell us they would need to dig up our basement floor to repair a bow in the sewage pipe. We were referred to Zurn Plumbing Service for a second opinion. Two guys showed up, were very professional, ran their camera into the sewer to check if the first assessment was correct.

Thankfully they found no bow in our sewer pipe so we didn't need to sacrifice our new hardwood floor. Power flush was the recommendation. Saved us about seven thousand dollars.

Call these guys, you won't be sorry.

My father and I have both used Zurn Plumbing for both our houses and our businesses, and I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They are prompt, professional, and fair. Thanks to John, Jenne, Sterling, Mike, Shawn, Matt, and all the wonderful staff over at Zurn for all their help throughout the years!

My wife just had them out to the house to fix a pin hole leak in PVC elbow coming out of my water heater. Presented my wife with option of replacing the leaking PVC elbow for $413 and another $598 to replace pressure reducing valves. Second option, replace 2 hot water heaters for for $3132. Ended up charging us $274 to replace elbow only after my wife had them talk to me. Very disappointing as we had had a good experience with Zurn in the past. We likely need new water heaters (12 years old), but how could we trust a price for the replacement if they quote $413 for what at most was 30 minutes of work and a 50 cent part.

With the recommendation of my boss, I called Zurn to give a repair estimate for two toilets - one that had previously leaked and one that sometimes had issues with running water. For both toilets, the repairman immediately suggested a toilet replacement kit. While I was a bit skeptical of the same, immediate "solve" for both issues and the price ($380), I moved forward with the repair for peace of mind. The repairs were completed in minutes (making me again question the cost). The issues that completely disappointed me were: (1) the repairman asked to sit down at my dining room table with very "worn-in/stained" work clothes less than 6 feet away from where I sat, (2) while exiting my house, I noticed the repairman was not wearing his shoe covers and tracked dirt/mud on the floor, and (3) neither repairman wore gloves as promised when the appointment was made. The COVID, cleanliness and professional protocols are lacking. During these scary times, I will not be recommending this company to others and have followed up with my boss about my disappointing experience. I also called the company's customer service to voice my concerns and the representative simply responded that this went against the company's training. That's it...

Randy Heimlich was the technician who serviced our home and he did outstanding work. He repaired (rather than replace) our out-of-production kitchen faucet because it fit perfectly in our space. He discovered a major botched installation by our remodeler on a toilet and repaired it. With a lot of work he repaired it without having to run new pipe, saving us a lot of money.

Zurn is our "go to" plumber.

OMG...First let me say, that I don't trust contractors. It often feels like they are attempting to get over on me. However, we have to deal with them. We had a leak. We very much though it appeared to be a leak that we just had repaired and went through our insurance company, had mitigation, had to stay in a hotel for a month for our house to be put back together in a livable status again. After calling around to various plumbers, I landed on Zurn Plumbing. Boy, oh, boy am I glad I did. From the first phone call, I felt like I was talking to family. The lady who answers the phone, Dawn, is the kindest person on the face of the earth. We literally talked for like 45 minutes. I felt like she was my homegirl. She scheduled my plumbers to come out the next business day. They arrived within the window of time given. They called 30 mins before their arrival to let me know they were in route. They listened to my call with Dawn to understand my problem prior to their arrival!!! Who Does That??? An Amazing Plumber like Joe at Zurn, that's who! When they arrived you talk about the sweetest plumbers you will ever meet in your life...that's right...Joe and Von. They wore their masks without me asking. They wore shoe covers without me asking. Joe gave me a recommendation that saved my husband and I at least $600, which clearly showed his honesty, fairness, and transparency. My husband and I literally fell in love with him instantly (in a professional way of course...no funny business here). What we needed him to repair, he did so, both quickly and professionally. AND he even noticed a small crack that he knew would cause us to need a plumber again in the future. He did not ignore it, or try to tamper with it to make it worse. No, he is not your average contractor that I told you I don't trust earlier. On the contrary, HE FREAKIN REPAIRED IT on the house, knowing the plumbing drama my husband and I had just gone through!!! I totally asked if I could tip him. He refused. He said even better than a tip is a review. Thus, it is my absolute pleasure to write this review! If you need an honest and reliable plumber, call Zurn Plumbing Service in Chamblee, GA and ask for Joe. You will NOT regret it!!! We are definitely customers for every plumbing need (hopefully we don't have anymore) we may have in the future!

Noticed late Saturday that I wasn't getting much hot water, only to discover my pilot light was out. Tried to relight it unsuccessfully, and determined something else was going on. I called Zurn when they opened, (after having called another service who couldn't come until late Wednesday), and Zurn had someone here by 11a.m. Two really nice technicians, who not only repaired my heater, but cleaned the nasty dust, dirt, etc that was in the area where it's located. Without a doubt, they will remain my "go to" plumbing service in the future.

Zurn Plumbing came to the rescue after another plumbing company installed water heaters incorrectly and did a mainline repair job incorrectly that resulted in flooding of our entire lower level. They were professional and skilled at their job—top notch plumbers. We highly recommend them !
